Chapter 14: Anjaane raaste!!

Early morning, new day new hope...Tani slowly opened her eyes from sleep. She didn't know why but that morning was something different for her. She opened her eyes slowly. She could feel that her head wasn't resting on the soft cotton pillow but on something hard. But still it was gave her a soothing effect. She tilted her head and looked at him. He was closer to her today than usual. She smiled. She tried to wake up but only then she realized it wasn't that easy. She titled her head and looked at the direction which was making her difficult to wake up. Her smile was soon replaced by shock. She found his hands closely wrapped around her waist. He looked up and realized that the hard material that she was resting was his hard chest. She was flagbastered. She slowly freed herself from his grip and got down. He left out a small moan and turned aside. She stood there watching him getting back to his sleep. She found her pillow lying on the ground."Aise kaise ho saktha hai??" she questioned herself and placed the pillow back onto their bed. She found him sleeping peacefully. He looked calm and cute. She remembered what happened the previous day. A smile followed by blush followed her face. She went down.After an hour he woke up and sat on the bed. He stretched out his hand to get away from his morning blues. He moved towards the window. The sight in front of him caught his attention. He found Taani, Swayam, Sharon and Shivam in the basket ball court. Taani was busy shouting Swayam's name. Her strokes were perfect, The way she placed her goal, the way she defended the ball, the way she curved her eyebrows when Shivam lost the ball and Swayam picked it. he smiled looking at her. He was just starring at the basket ball court.He was out of his trance when his mobile rang."Hello!""Hello Mr.Singhania! Congratulations!" he heard a firm neat and elegant voice probably some 50's"Yea thank you! BUt may I know whose speaking?? And wats your congratulations for??""Wow! Hope you remember me now!" the person said with a smirk.Rey fisted his palm in anger the moment he heard his name. His eyes were turning blood red. He gritted his teeth in anger. He went down to the basket ball court."Hey REY!" said Sharon."Haan man its so exciting! Bahot dino baad kel rahe hain aisa!" said Swayam wiping his face.Rey looked at Taani. She remembered how she was resting her head on his chest and to add fire the previous night incident where they were almost about to kiss made her very difficult to face him. Now she was ignoring him?? couldn't understand her weird behaviour but brushed his thoughts aside when he heard Swayam calling him."Dude come lets continue!"he said throwing the ball at Rey. He took the ball and reached the ground.Rey couln't focus on the game and he missed all the basket. She saw him walking lifeless. There she was adoring every moment of the previous night's encounter and here she couldn't find any emotions on his face. She was disappointed."Is everything alright??" Rather Swayam and Rey were seriously held up in some conversation in the rehersal hall.Suddenly Shivam's mobile rang and he excused himself. The moment she felt him near her she turned around and looked at him. He moved forward while she moved backwards. Her toe started bleeding and her leg was twisted and she winced in pain. "Wait! Pehle andar chalte hain.
