My mini-Mark (Markilpierxreader)

ch. 28 Welcome home

(Y/N) POV

I look down at Mark, who bursts out laughing. Jack looks at me too before laughing his ass off. "What!?" I say, chuckling slightly. 

"Have you ever seen a human sized hamster?" Jack asks between laughter. Mark wipes away a tear. "Shut up!!" I say angrily. "What if the hamsters are dead? Chadwick will bury the hamsters in the ground, and we can be together!!" I explain. 

Mark and Jack stop laughing as I do my explanation. "Oh my god, that's actually genius!" Jack says. I stick my nose up, being proud of myself. Mark and Jack their face light up. 

Jack clears his throat, "Well, where the fuck do I get two dead hamsters?" he asks. I think for a moment, "Alice" I say. "She has hamsters" I explain. 

Jack looks questioning at me, probably not knowing who I mean, "The girl from the milk and cheese farm....?" I say. Jack mouths an 'oh' and nods, "On my way" He says before starting to walk towards the village. 

I turn around and walk towards Chadwick's grey tower, "Why two hamsters?" I ask. Mark chuckles, " I can't walk a dog that is like thirty times bigger than me" He says, making me laugh. 

Mark laughs with me, making me unable not to. "Can't wait to meet your family" I say shyly, looking at the ground, pretending like there could be holes in the ground. 

I can feel Mark's gaze burning on my face, "They'll love you" He says. I look at him to see him smile. I smile back at him. "Not as much as I do though" he says before placing a kiss on my neck, giving me slight goosebumps. 

We finally arrive at the tower again.  I gently knock the iron ring on the door a few times. Chadwick opens the door and grins wickedly at me when he sees us without Jack, "so, you've made the decision, miss?" He asks. 

I stick my nose up a little more, showing him I have no doubts, "yes, but I need to ask you a question" I say as I step in his tower before he can ask me to come in. 

Chadwick slowly closes the door behind me, "And that will be, m'lady?" He asks. I sit down at his table, placing Mark on it. Chadwick settles down on the opposite side of me, resting his elbows on the table and placing his fingertips on one another. 

I cross my arms and rest them on the table as I lean a bit closer to Chadwick, "You said as small as a hamster" I say. Chadwick's boring face turns into a wicked grin again, "Smart girl" he mumbles, just loud enough for me to hear it. 

I tilt my head slightly, "So, it is possible!" I say, immediately getting angry.  Chadwick nods slowly, "But you were smart enough to find out yourself, so why would you become angry now?" He asks, sounding a little dangerous. 

He is right, so I sit back in my chair again. "Jack is bringing over two hamsters. One for Chica, and one for himself" I explain. Chadwick nods, "And you want me to bury the dead hamsters?" He asks. 

I didn't even tell him about that, "It's like you read my mind" I say with a grin on my face, knowing, that everything his going my way, and Chadwick can't do anything unfair. 

He may be a crazy wizard, but he never lies, and always does what he says. He wouldn't do something unfair that makes no sense at all, like because Jack is Irish, he can't change or something. Chadwick wouldn't do that. 

"So, now we just wait for Jack to come back with Chica, and they lived happily every after" Mark says, smiling brightly at me. I nod, "Yupp" I say, looking up at Chadwick. 

Chadwick nods, "Well played, kids. But I want one thing more in return" he says. I roll my eyes, "What now?" I say irritated. 

Chadwick smiles, "I want all your money" He says. I look at Mark, "That's everything?" I ask. Chadwick nods. I chuckle relieved, "Yeah, of course! That's fine, take my money, we don't need it anyway, right Mark?" I ask, looking down at Mark.
