Dan's Pov

I was very ticked off.

I took another sip of the tea I had been given, trying to swallow it as angrily as possible. I must admit, it's slightly difficult to drink tea angrily.

The angel had explained everything to us, and I was not happy.

For starters, ever since the last time Phil died, when we had fallen asleep against that door, we had been dreaming. The past two months of both our lives had happened within a short nap, from which we still technically hadn't woken up. This meant that I never had cancer, and we had both been through all that pain for absolutely nothing.

Phil didn't deserve this crap. I mean, neither of us really did, but Phil especially.

The second thing that was making me extremely mad was that the dream we had been living in wasn't meant to kill us. We shouldn't have had to deal with the whole Satan thing and Phil having to use up his last life, but you know that thing people say where if you die in your dream you also die in real life? Yeah, that happened.

Also, Cat and Nick were demons. I had never really liked Cat that much, but Nick had been my friend. And the whole time he had been Satan's partner in crime.

Heck, even the hamster had been a banished soul spying on us for the devil and her friends.

And, one of the most annoying things of all, was that Satan was a Directioner. Never again would I be able to listen to One Direction again without thinking of her. I'd probably even have to take down the poster in our bathroom.

I (angrily) chugged down the rest of my tea and (angrily) swept my hand across my mouth to get rid of the tea left on my face. After that, I (angrily) kicked my chair back to (angrily) get up, then (angrily) pushed it back in and (angrily) looked at the angel. I was pretty angry.

"Ready to head back to Earth now?" he asked, smiling.

I slapped him, then replied with a yes. Phil walked up behind me and held me, trying to calm me down a bit. After a while, it began to work a bit. I glared at the angel one last time before he created a portal back to Earth and Phil and I went through it.

(Sorry I wrote that so weirdly, I just read a book and a half of The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy series and the way it's written kind of affected my writing. I don't know. Anyway, I'll try and write slightly more normally now. (Also, you guys should totally read The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, it's such a good book))

One last thing the angel had explained  to us was that there was nothing he could do about our lovely friends from hell coming up here and trying to take us back with them or something. It was going to be relatively dangerous on Earth for us from now on. But I was fine with it, as long as I was there with Phil.

-----------------------------------------
I wrote that last paragraph a little while after the rest of it, so I'm going to end it there before I mess up the chapter even more. Sorry for the cheesy ending, by the way. And just the general crappiness of this chapter. Anyway, three things:

1. I forgot to say last chapter that Satan is actually Obsessed_With_Larry . She's the most amazingly annoying friend anyone could have <3

2. I just went back a reread some of the first chapters in this book, and though I'm sure the whole thing is pretty bad, my god I feel sorry for you guys for having to read those first chapters.

3. When I was rereading those chapters, I realized that I've left behind an old tradition (type thing)! At the end of each authors note, I used to say "may you one day..." and then say something awesome you could do in the future, and I haven't done that recently! Do you guys think I should go back to doing it again? I mean, I personally like it, but if you guys don't then I obviously won't continue it. Tell me what you think!
