So BADR did a chapter at the beginning of this rant book and I just wanted to add on to it.
How does a character say:
Once my head hit the pillow, I fell asleep.
OR
Once I closed my eyes, I drifted into sleep.
What's your trick?! How do you do it?!
I could climb Mount Everest, climb back down, go home, go to bed, and two hours later I'd still be awake. It is probably not humanly possible for me to sleep once I go to bed.
This is the process:
Parent: Good Night, Liz.
Me: Night.
Me: *reads chapters in book* *looks at electronic device* Alright time to sleep. *closes eyes*
Ten Minutes Later
*opens eyes*
*turns on light*
*reads more chapters*
*pins like four hundred pins on Pinterest*
Me: Okay. Definitely time to sleep.
*Repeats process 934,012,394*** times until 2:00 in the morning*
*********Did you notice that reference? 9 3/4, #12 Privet Drive, 33333333 hundredddddd ninetyyyyyyyy fourrrrrrrrr*********
