When Jordan awoke, she found herself in a large metal room. Her arms were hanging above her head, chains dangling her from the ceiling like a pinata. She tried to wriggle her arms free, but could not. At least not at first. After a few minutes of struggling, she felt the chains slide slightly up her wrist. Suddenly, the door opened and Starscream walked into the room. He smiled at Jordan.
"Finally," he said. "You're awake."
His smile sent chills up Jordan's spine.
"Where have you taken me, Starscream?"
"Oh, how rude of me. Welcome aboard the Nemesis. Here, you will find no escape. You are trapped here and I shall have you know, we have effective methods of getting what we want."
"Try me. I've already held my tongue against Airachnid's wishes. I'm sure I will do it with yours, too."
Starscream glared at her. He circled around her, studying her. She watched him as he watched her.
"You won't be able to keep the information we want from us for long," he said finally. "You won't last long."
