Blind Date

Chapter 20

Killian's POV

I woke up with Emma by my side she was still fast asleep. I kissed the top of her head and got dressed and headed to the kitchen. There was knock at the door and I went to answer it.

"David what brings you here?" I ask him.

"Uh remember we are going away for a week to Vegas." He says.

"Oh yeah right. I totally forgot. With Emma getting hurt and my family trying to tare us apart. Come back around 2:30." I say to him.

"Will do and you better be ready." He says.

I shut the door and started cooking breakfast. When some arms wrapped around me.

"Morning." I say to her.

"Morning." She says.

"So I have to talk to you." I say turing to face her.

"Whats up?" She asks.

"Remember how I said the guys and I go away for a week." I say.

"Yeah, why?" She asks me.

"Well I forgot but David came by to remind me. I leave today." I tell her.

"Well then go and stay away from other women." She says and kisses me.

"I dont leave for a few hours maybe you can join me in the shower." I say holding her close.

"Yeah maybe." She says bitting her lip.

"Then come with me my dear." I say to her.

I took her with me into the shower and we were in there for awhile.

"Mommy?" Henry asks from outside the door.

"You clean up. I'll get him." She tells me.

Emma's POV

I got changed and picked up Henry and gave him some breakfast.

"Okay Love I better go." Killian says and kisses my cheek.

"Okay have fun." I say and kiss him.

"Okay bye." He says and walks out.

Over the next few days I felt somewhat alone and today Henry and I were spending the day together.

"Henry? Whats wrong? Why do you look sad?" I ask him.

"Is Killian coming back?" He asks me.

"Oh sweetie yes he will." I say and hug him.

For a little kid he shouldnt really know how it feels to have people leave him. He knows his dad left and with Killian gone for a little bit I can see where he would think that he might not come back.

"Mommy? Does Killian like me?" He asks.

"Yeah he does." I tell him.

"Is Killian going to be my new daddy?" He asks me.

"That I dont really know, but I want to know that Mommy cares about him very much." I say to him.

"Okay." He says and goes and plays.

The next day I was laying down in bed with Henry. When I felt someones arms around me.

"Surprise my love." Killian says.

"Holy shit! Killian you scared me!" I yell.

"Mommy?" Henry says waking up.

"Oh look what you did." I say slapping Killian's arm.

"You yelled." He says.

"KILLIAN!" Henry says and hugs me.

"Well hello to you too little dude." Killian says to him.

"Can he be my new daddy now mommy?" Henry asks.

"What?" Killian asks.

"Nothing. Its bed time Henry." I say.

"I want Killian to put me to bed." He whines.

Killian lifts him up and takes him to his room. I slowly follow behind them.

"Okay little one its time to sleep." Killian says.

"Do you love my mommy?" Henry asks him.

"Yes I do very much." He says.

"Do you love me?" He asks him.

"How can anyone not love you." He says to him.

"My dad doesnt love me." Henry says.

"Hey your dad has no idea what wonderful people he left behind and one day he will regret ever leaving such a wonderful little boy." Killian tells him.

"I love you Killian." Henry says to him.

"I love you too little dude." Killian says and kisses the top of Henry's head.

"Night." Henry says.

Once Killian got up I rushed back to the room. I pretended to sleep.

"Goodnight my Swan." Killian says and kisses my cheek.
