"Hey Bryn, we landed." Denny says shaking me awake.
"Yay! I love Texas!"
Denny, Will, and I all exit the plane with the rest of the Joe Gibbs team. I grab my bags and get into Will's and my rental car.
"I'm really excited!" I say pulling out of the parking lot.
"I wish I could race this weekend."
"I know Will, and I'm sorry you can't but hey at least you get to be here."
"Yeah I guess."
"Now come on, cheer up we're in Texas!"
"You really love Texas."
"Well aside from Talladega, Texas is my 2nd favorite track!"
"Oh Bryn. It's night racing too, got to love that."
"Who doesn't."
"Come on you got till 6 for practice for Sprint. Let's do something." Will asks.
"What do you want to do."
"I don't know, what do you want to do?"
"Will!"
"I'm serious I don't know."
"Let's walk around the infield."
I grab my sunglasses and my phone and then step out of my coach.
"Wow do I love Texas!" I say starting to walk through the motor coach lot.
"We know Bryn." Ty says from behind me.
"Ty!"
"Hey Bryn."
I run up to Ty and give him a large hug.
We talk to Ty for a little longer in the coach lot before we all walk around the infield.
"So Will I hear our plan didn't work." Ty says.
"Yeah, but hey it's ok don't want to pressure it."
"Yeah don't want that to happen, I thought it was working."
"What are you two talking about?" I finally ask.
"Just a little plan Ty and I were working on."
"What was the plan?"
"None of your business."
"Fine!" I huff.
"Wow, when you don't get your own way you pout, poor baby."
"Stop! If you're going to talk about something like a plan in front of me I'm going to want to know what it was."
"Well I guess you won't be finding out." Ty laughs.
*Skip to Texas Race*
Well after a two hour rain delay and a night race, Kyle Busch won again. I love Texas and night races but not when Kyle Busch wins yet another race. Well we are going to Bristol next weekend.
*Bristol Race Sunday*
"What should we do before the race?" I ask Will.
"Let's go talk to some drivers."
Without answering I get up and grab a few things, then walk out the door. I start walking towards the garage. Soon we walk into Kasey, Dale, Chase, Denny, and Austin.
"Hey guys." I say walking up to them.
"Hey Bryn, and Will." Kasey says.
"Kasey I need to go for an emergency call, find someone to watch Tanner." Sammy comes up with Tanner.
