Monday came and I was prepared to go to school.

Just like any other school day, Natsu picked me up from the house.

Actually, he was an hour early before school starts.

Surprisingly, though, I woke up early today to prepare for school.

I was planning to walk to school and not bother to wake up Capricorn...

Because I wanted to think things through...

But, due to the circumstances...

I guess I'll pass that opportunity, for now.

Right now, I'm standing between Natsu and my parents...

And, I could feel the tension between my parents and him, that's why we left as soon as possible.

He still opened the door for me, smiling a little.

Both of us refused to start a conversation as he drove towards school.

And, I just can't look at him...

So, I kept my sight outside the window.

Then, when we reached the school and I was about to open my door to avoid the heaviness of tension inside the car, Natsu locked it.

I turned towards him, confused.

"We... need to talk." He sighed and looked at me, but I turned away.

"What's wrong?" I questioned as I sat back, avoiding his intense stare.

"Baby..." He called and somehow my heart hurts with the way he said it.

It was yearning.

"Yeah?" I replied, nervously, since I really do not know where this conversation is going.

"Baby... Look at me." He breathes and slowly reached for my left hand, tugging his other hand gently on my chin to face him.

When I turned to him, his face was tired and it was like he was having a hard time.

"You didn't come over for the weekends." He stated, his voice was laced with misery, and I kept my mouth shut.

I didn't want to risk going there.

What if Lisanna visits and questions our current status?

I know that he didn't tell her, yet...

And, I'll wait until he tells her.

"I was waiting for your call or message, yesterday..." he informed and I gave him a small smile.

I wasn't ready to confront him, after Lisanna's return.

So, I wasted my weekends with Gray.

Lisanna texted me that she was planning to spend the day with Natsu, yesterday.

And, I didn't want to be in the way.

Since Lisanna's recovering still from her almost life to death situation.

I want no stress for her.

She deserves to be happy.

And, if Natsu makes her happy...

I'll just have to respect it.

When the time comes and they still share the same feelings...

I'll back off.

Without second thoughts.

"Sorry about that." I apologized and he seemed more depressed.

"Baby..." he sighed and I turned towards him, hesitantly.
