Melanie's Pov

I just finished from visiting Mia. She's doing well I'm proud of her. I'm glad to see her back to herself again. When u got home I immediately became annoyed. Aaliyah was nowhere to be found and I heard baby prince crying.

I went to his room and saw him crying. Aaliyah was nowhere in sight. I know she didn't leave him by himself.

I've had enough of her. She's my friend and but it's time to leave . It's not like her ass was paying rent. It's like she was never around. I felt bad for baby prince cuz he never saw his mom. She was always with her new baller boyfriend Daniel.

I'm getting so tired of this. I pick up baby prince and bring him to his father. To my surprise Jacob is clean. He went to rehab too. Aaliyah still didn't want him even after he got his shit together. I dropped him off the baby. He wasn't surprised when I told him what happen. Seems like he's being the better parent. This is the 3rd time she done this. I don't know how long I can take this. I'm busy with work and school. I go to school part time at night and I work at a local book store. I don't have time for this.

I wish Aaliyah would stop doing this. Why can't she move in with her dude. I sent her text saying she has to go. I packed her shit and left it out on the curb. I left baby princes stuff inside. He had nothing to do with this. I'm done being her doormat.

After all this drama I needed a break. I called up Natalie,Nikki , and Cecilia. They were down and we went to go get drinks. When I told them they nearly died. They said how Aaliyah has been MIA for the longest. She's always busy and never has time for any of us. She's changed so much. Natalie was telling how Hazel's birthday was around the corner and she was planning a huge birthday party. I got excited because Hazel is too cute. I was like her older sister. She calls me everyday and tells me about her day. I told Natalie I would help with the party. "I believe she's turning 5." 😳

"I know she's growing up too fast. I don't care she's still my baby." Says Natalie

"It's so cute how fast they grow. Are you gonna sign her up for school?"

"No I Craig I decided to pay for an expensive tutor. She being home schooled." ☺ Says Natalie

"Is she oaky with that?"

"She has friends baby prince and baby Chris. Besides she doesn't have a choice. After I found out about Lorenzo I was terrified. I can't let her out of my sight." Says Natalie

I wanted to scream Craig killed your child's father. It was very obvious he did it. I just didn't want to tell her that. She was so happy I let it go. She really is clueless. Poor girl doesn't have a chance. She always had bad taste in men. 😩😒

The streets were going crazy with Lorenzo and Alex's death. Everyone was saying that some other gang got him. We all know it was Craig. No one was gonna say a word. Snitching will get you killed. So no one said anything. If we did I'm sure Craig would come after us. He didn't kill Ray though. Rumor has it he just beat him. Ray has a broken arm and and broken ribs and nose. He might as well have just killed him. I wasn't surprised maybe Craig got tired of killing people. No one messed with him or his crew. They were all scared that his crew would kill them.

It's crazy cuz Craig doesn't look like the type. He's so chill and quiet. Until you get him mad. That when he goes off. I make sure to never get on his bad side.

I was telling my girls about Sunshine. Mia said she was found dead in her hotel room. She was beaten to death. We were all happy she was gone. Mia also told me about her new boo. He was cute but something wasn't right. He reminded me of Alex matter of fact he kinda looked like Alex. 😳

I don't trust it at all. She needs to stay away from him. Before she ends up dead.

After lunch with my girls I went back home. I found Aaliyah sitting on the steps.

"What the hell Mel?" Says Aaliyah

"Don't start I'm tired of your shit. You can't stay here anymore."

"Fine but you didn't have to throw my stuff out. Now can I at least get my sons stuff?" Asks Aaliyah

"Fine but be quick. I dropped him off with Jacob by the way."

"Yeah I know he told me." Says Aaliyah

"Good now hurry up."

"You don't have to be so cruel." Says Aaliyah

"Your the cruel one leaving your child by himself. If you ain't ready to be a mother then why did you have him?" 😫

"I'm sorry okay I was in a rush. Daniel is always down my back. I had no choice." Says Aaliyah

"Please I don't wanna hear it." 👐

She walks past me and I notice bruises on her arm and neck.

"Aaliyah what happened?"

"What are you talking about?" Says A

"You have marks all over you."

"It's nothing don't worry about it." Says A leaving to go upstairs.

I bet that bum is hitting her. I don't say anything but it's obvious. I start to feel bad. 😐

I walk upstairs and find her.

"You don't have to leave."

"No it's fine Daniel wants me move in with him." Says A

"Is he hitting you?"

"No okay no let it go." Says Aaliyah

"Don't playing with me is he?" 😑👏👏

"Yes but it's only because he's stressed. I keep upsetting him." Says Aaliyah

"What happen to you ?"

"He has money okay and he gives me whatever I want. He doesn't do drugs. So what if he hits me sometimes. I'm taken care of." Says Aaliyah

"You sound like a gold digger."

"Fuck you." Says A

"Look at you what does he have you on? You look like you haven't ate in weeks. You're skinny than me." 😩

"Look I told you I'm good. You ain't my mother so leave me alone. " scream Aaliyah

She storms out of the room.

"I'll have someone come pick my shit up. I can't right now you're running my mood. I can't deal with you." Says Aaliyah

"Yeah leave and go back to your man. That's all you care about. You selfish bitch. Hoe you ain't shit."

"Don't mess with me." Says A her breath smells like she's been drinking. 😷

"Get out of my face you stink."

"You're just jealous. I have the perfect man and you don't. Deion ain't shit and you know it." Says A

"So at least he doesn't have me drunk. " 😂

"I'm out of here." Says A she leaves slamming the door behind her.

"Bye bitch." 😊👋👋

I watch as she leaves. Inside I'm laughing cuz she look dumb. It's only matter of time before she's back. So I ain't even worried.

I know for a fact that she's gonna get tired of some guy beating up on her. She's gonna take all his money and move onto the next one. I'm starting to notice that about her. I wonder how Jacob feels being out of the picture. He didn't look mad to me. Maybe he's fine with her not wanting him anymore. A guy can only be hurt and dumped so many times. It's how she wanted him to be good. He's finally put together and she doesn't want anything to do with him. I'm just glad she's out of my house. A girl needs her space.
