Chapter 16

Angel's POV

"Let me go with you." I said to my brothers.

"Are you crazy sis? No way." said Tyler.

"Jacob." I whined and gave him the puppy dog eyes.

"Sorry kitten but I can't risk you getting hurt." he said holding my face in between his hands and caressing my cheeks.

"Don't worry it's gonna be ok." he said.

"Ok fine." I said finally giving in.

He gave me a kiss. It was slow and sweet until someone cleared their throat.

"Sorry to interrupt your PDA moment but if you haven't noticed there are rogues we need to take care of." said Mason, making blush. 

The rest of the boys went to say bye to their mates, giving them goodbye kisses.

"Stay here, Angel and don't do anything stupid." said Tyler.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked offended.

"You’re my sister and I know you more than anyone else. Don't you dare try to follow us." he warned.

"Alright fine. Be careful." I said to them as they headed out. 

All I could think of was, 'Stupid rogues.'

I was getting worried by the minute, since this wasn't the first time. My wolf was urging to go and see if her mate was alright and so was I. Half an hour passed, and they were still not here. I was pacing back and forth.

"Angel please calm down already. You're making me nervous." said Sophia.

"I'm sorry. I can't help it." I said.

 "It's ok. I know how you feel. Do you think Tyler will be ok?" she asked.

"Yeah Tyler is pretty strong." I said trying to reassure her.

"Ugh I wanna go and make sure they're alright." I whined.

"Me too." she said.

I stared at her mischievously. 

"No Angel. You are not to go look for them." she said,

"Oh come on." I said.

"No. You heard Tyler. It's too dangerous." she said.

"Fine." I huffed, "I'm gonna go find me something to eat." I said heading to the kitchen.

Suddenly, some guy came in the kitchen.

"Hey." I said looking at him. He didn't seem to be familiar.

"Hello." he said and you could tell he was British from his accent.

"Are you from the pack? I haven't seen you before." I said.

"I'm from Alpha Jacob's pack." he replied.

"Ok." I said grabbing a pack of chips.

"Actually the Alpha sent me to take you to our pack house and guard you." he said.

"Oh ok then." I said and started to walk behind him.

"Hey Sophia. Jacob sent someone to take me to the pack house so I'll be going with him, kay?" I said.

"Kay. Be careful." she said giving me a hug.

"Sure." I said.

I started to walk after him.

"So what's your name?" I asked breaking the silence.

"Zack." he said.

"Well nice to meet you Zack." I said.

After a while of walking we were still not there.

"Umm are you sure that's the right way?" I asked.

He then turned to face with a smirk on his face.

 "Oh Angel. You are too naive. You should never trust a stranger." he said before hitting me in the neck, and before I knew it darkness consumed me.

Yes I know it's so short and I'm so sorry. I'm just really sick but I wanted to update for you guys.
