We walked for so long that it seemed as if its been hours.

I'm certain we have walked about two miles.

"Colby.... We should-" bee began to speak when we heard sirens behind us.

Immediately we both locked eyes.

We were scared. I felt as if my heart jumped out of my chest.

We start running as quick as we can.

The sirens only nearing us by the second.

"We're screwed!" I shout as we run into the darkness.

We get to a road, it was empty no cars in sight.

We stand in place breathing heavy.

"We should keep-" and before I can get out of the way, I turn my head, and five feet in front of me is a pickup truck.

My eyes locked with the headlights, and within a few seconds, everything went black.
