I paced the floor quickly biting my nails as the tears streamed down my face. My mind was racing. I couldn’t seem to focus on a single thought. My eyes drifted to the computer sitting on the couch. I stopped my pacing staring at it. Just moments before I was scrolling through my tweets happily until I got to the hate. I know I shouldn’t have but I did. I read them. Of course there were some good ones but the negatives seemed to be stuck to my brain like glue. Why me? Why did I deserve this? All I ever did was make Harry happy. Why couldn’t his fans see that? I wiped the tears from my face and decided to go for a drive before Harry got home. I circled around London for about an hour before deciding to head home. I parked in the driveway and made my way up concrete porch. I fumbled for the house key and unlocked the door swiftly. Upon my entrance I heard voices. No not voices….moans. “fuck Harry harder” a female voice shouted. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. He was..cheating on me. I walked up the grand oak wood stairs to the room we shared. I stood there watching Harry pleasure a mystery girl. I tried to move but I couldn’t. Time seemed to stand still everything slowing down. I was getting dizzier and dizzier by the second. At the sound of my voice he jumped off the girl and looked at me. I couldn’t take it anymore I ran for the stairs Harry shouting after me. I ran my fingers through my (Y/H/C) before starting the engine. I drove to Eleanor’s flat. It was like a second home so I barged in. “Eleanor?” I called for her making my way to the kitchen. Where I found her with Danielle and the rest of the boys. ”(Y/N) what’s wrong?) they asked in perfect unison ” he- Harry cheated on me.” saying it out loud was much worse than I thought it would be, the words burning tasted venom and any second I would be dead. They all looked at me in disbelief. ”I’m going to kill him, so help me God!” dani shouted. ”no it’s fine. I need to go. I’ll see you guys later. Bye.” I drove back to my flat. I shuffled up the stairs to the bathroom locking the door. I gripped the sink and stared at it slowly lifting my head up to face myself in the mirror. I looked like shit of course he cheated on me. Who would want plain old (y/n) I knew it was to good to be true. Why was I so stupid? My blood shot eyes stared back at me in misery. “DAMMIT!” I screamed smashing my small fragile hands into the mirror. It slowly swung contents falling to the sink beneath. One object in particular caught my eye. My razor. I reached for the object and smiled at it. It had been so long since I had used it and now…I needed it more than ever. I rolled up my sleeves and brought the small yet dangerous metal to my arm. In one swift motion I made a rather larger and deep incision. I thought of all the hate and made several more cuts. Then I thought of the sight of Harry cheating on me. Again I made several more cuts. I counted them all.twenty cuts. Twenty reminders of how worthless I am. Twenty reminders of how stupid and unwanted I am. I didn’t make a noise. The only sound that could be heard was my blood dripping to the floor. I got up and ran the bath water. I stripped out of my clothes careful not to mess with the cuts covering my arms and slipped into the scolding water. The water quickly turned to red. My body numb. My feelings numb. I was emotionless. All the life had been sucked right out of me. The last thing I remember before passing out was Harry screaming and then it turned black. I woke up to an annoying beeping sound invading my ears. My eyes were heavy but I forced myself to open them. I looked around taking in my surroundings. I was in the hospital. But why? I soon regretted thinking about it as the painful memories flooded through my mind. I turned my attention to the voices in the room. Everyone was here. Except Harry. A few days later I was released with Anti-depressants. Oh joy no I’m a nutcase i thought to myself. As I approached my flat I saw a dark figure with curly hair sitting on my porch head in hands. It was Harry. He looked up acknowledging my presence. I knew we would be alright.
