My mind is not at ease

My mind is twisting and turning with nowhere to go
My mind is not at ease like a soldier at command
My mind is not okay even when I don't know
My mind need to chill for a little and not walk or stand

It gives my mind a headache just thinking about it
It gives my mind a headache and I could live without it
My mind is not as ease and I need it to be
My mind is not as ease, but I want it to be, can't you see?

My mind is filled up to capacity
My mind is thinking too much
My mind doesn't need pity
But it needs to stop thinking too much
