How can I tell you to look the other way, that apples green
Are like the reds, but not the same either.
They call them false fruits, not false apples
For reasons that you know why.
They call this the truth, the realms of a society lost in time yet --
For once if we leave thought for ravaged souls of hunger bearers, or those bent on destruction,
Surely bleakness is found
Within the depths of a soul.
But I urge you to look at that Rose that blooms cream
The beautiful petals envision a future, a future tainted with scars and creases.
Don't lost the thorns, I am telling you, even if that brings you to a world unknown, unforgiven.
Rejection will never be found this way, for I will never reject you for times to come when
Bleakness covers every ounce of what you try to cling into.
A bloodlines carries with it traits,
Those controlled by genes, those that chosen may not be by you as yours.
But I tell you from the heart, and straight from the soul
That looking close enough you tear away the scars and the creases to find new petals growing,
Velvety immaculate petals blossoming for the first time.
Don't lose track of those petals, dear,
Those petals make you who you are, not the covers
For everything special must be covered by
That of rough, outer texture and diamonds lay within.
So throw away the pain, my dear. You never
Needed to carry it with you.
Care for your petal, let it blossom
Show them all a new day, a day where brightness doesn't come from the sun alone.
Lightness within a person; beauty; resilience. Strength.
