— Tara said you are discussing the next course of action? — Leslie's daughter whispered to Billy's daughter, hesitating between bothering her on business or leaving her in her arms a little longer.
— Yes, that's right. — Ethan took off his backpack from his back and, taking out a single pack of cheese-flavored Cheetos, handed it to the girl with a smile on his lips.
Sidney's niece was so tired that she simply accepted the offering and set it aside until a better time, and in her more successful times, she would, like previous times, most likely politely declined. She knows that Landry has an interest in her, she remembers the look the guy gave her when Chad first introduced them to each other.
She also remembers all too well a conversation with Quinn, who playfully hinted to her that she should take a closer look at the curly-haired guy. Of course, then she informed her that she was a lesbian, and all such hints and conversations from Bailey quickly stopped.
When Chad's sister shared that she was scared and didn't want to be hurt again, Katherine felt Sam move slightly in her arms, and then get out of them, getting to her feet.
Christina's daughter admitted that she had given up, that she no longer wanted to fight and put those who are not even of interest to Ghostface in danger, because he wants to get revenge on her. But she forgot something.
— No, Sammy, this is shit, not a plan. — Macher got up, indignant, and took a step toward her girlfriend, looking her straight in the eye, keeping her gaze fixed on her. — First of all, don't you ever even talk about self-sacrifice again, okay? Secondly, Ghostface said that he needs you to get revenge, it's true. But he also said that he wanted to take revenge on both Tara and me. And do you really think that if you give up, he'll leave our friends alone? No, he would chop them into thin strips.
— Wow, Katherine, thanks for that vision, I'm going to be sick. — Danny groaned, turning his head to the side, trying to get rid of the bloody picture in his head.
— She's right, Samantha. — Oliver said loudly, entering the hospital a little after Brackett. He nodded to everyone and immediately approached his niece, starting to walk around her like a mother hen, looking for the slightest new wounds that might appear in his absence.
— Where the hell have you been?
— I'll explain later, niece, I swear there's such an entertaining story.
— They're right, no one will pull out the map of the martyr complex, AKA, you know who. — Tara said loudly, getting up, and she lightly slapped her older sister on the shoulder, as if telling her "don't even dare think about it again, understand?" — Now we're going to protect each other.
Roman's daughter grinned at her best friend's words and started nodding, but stopped when she saw her beloved shaking her head in response to the younger Carpenter's words. She goes up to her girlfriend and, gently grabbing her face, makes her head swing up and down, pretending to nod.
— That's better, Sam. — Tara beamed proudly, slapping her palm against the palm of the former redhead. — So, the topic of self-sacrifice is closed. Who has any ideas on how we can best kick Ghostface's ass and survive, huh?
— Yes, we're a family, Sam, we're the Fantastic Five, and we do everything together. Including dying. — Sister Meeks-Martin nodded, standing up and extending her hand to her friends and brother, who took turns covering her hand with theirs, repeating the name that Chad had given them.
When Ethan got into the cute moment of the Fantastic Five, asking if there really wasn't a safe place to hide from the Ghostface, Tara suddenly thought about it, and a risky idea came to her mind.
When her best friend called Detective Bailey and explained the plan that came to her mind, and everyone heard the man's response, Stu's niece looked around and noticed how everyone cheered up, their eyes became determined.
Then her gaze stopped on Oliver, who was already looking at her with a smile and a fist raised in agreement and firmness. Katherine stared at the man, trying to read what was hidden behind his eyes, but couldn't find anything concrete.
— We need to stick to each other, we need to stick to each other. — Macher muttered to herself as she and the whole group of her friends went down to the subway, which she was mentally not thrilled about, but decided not to verbally express it to anyone.
Ethan, coming down next to her, kept complaining, making certain claims about the younger Carpenter's plan, and she, in a way, even agreed.
But still, the brunette trusted Tara, and if she thought her plan would work, then she believed in that plan too.
— Well, let's go. — Roman's daughter grumbled, and as she looked up at the crowd that was trying to get on the train at the same time (for some reason), she sighed deeply.
