Katherine did not take her hateful gaze off Leslie, who smiled broadly as soon as the words left her daughter's lips and shifted her worried gaze to the frozen Sidney.

Prescott snuggled up to Tatum, who put her arm around her wife's shoulders, and Gale, who crept up to them unnoticed, making it out of Amber and Richie's attention, took her old friend by the hand.

— Are you satisfied? — Murphy asked through tightly clenched teeth, continuing to follow her mother's every move with a fiery gaze.

— Quite. — The blonde Macher was pleased, absorbing the suffering and shock that were visible on Sidney's face.

— Enough drama. — Richie rolled his eyes, pointing the gun at the three adult women. — We got to start staging the bodies.

Samantha looked at the brunette with wide eyes, panicking that the time allotted by the three Ghostfaces to explain their motive, plan, and so on was up. A massacre will follow, and Carpenter hopes that the outcome will be the same as in the other 4 battles of the "old guard" with Ghostfaces.

— Everything will be fine. — Katherine whispered softly, smiled at Sam and quickly kissed her bloody cheek, completely ignoring the fact that a speck of blood remained on her lips.

Murphy jerked her head up with a growl that threatened to come out of her chest when Kirsch said Tara's name with his dirty, lying mouth. Samantha also grinned, she didn't like that Richie dares to say something about Tara.

The former redhead noticed how Tatum, Sidney and Gale watched Amber with intense eyes until she disappeared from their field of vision, and her lover completely focused on her ex-boyfriend. All she had to do was keep an eye on her mother and wait for the right moment to escape.

The meat hammer continued to attract her attention with a slight glint of light bulbs on the iron surface. She also couldn't get Stu out of her head, who nodded proudly at her.

Katherine looked at the man with a look that said, "shut up, dude," as the guy continued to brag about how he was able to turn the older Carpenter against the younger one. Oh, if only he understood that even if he were Sam's husband three times, he would never become more precious to her than Tara.

When Amber's voice came from somewhere like the living room, informing them all that Tara had escaped from the closet where Freeman had previously locked her, Murphy prepared to act. She sat up a little, but then quickly turned her head to Sam and kissed her briefly on the lips.

— Будь осторожна и вернись ко мне целой. (Be careful and come back to me in one piece). — The brunette whispered in Russian.

Samantha stared at her with surprised eyes before, on some conscious level, realizing what her lover meant, she smiled tenderly.

Katherine, resting one bloody hand on the floor, forced her body to rise into a position from which it would be more convenient for her to take off and run. And that would be necessary, given how closely Leslie was watching her every little move, anticipation burning bright in her eyes. Finally, she will be able to achieve what she has wanted for so long, namely to be free of her two children forever.

And when Amber's scream and the sounds of crashing were heard, Murphy jumped out of her sitting position and ran out of the kitchen. Her mother ran almost after her, pausing for a couple of seconds, wasting precious time to turn to Kirsch. She did not intervene when Carpenter attacked the man, but turned away and followed her daughter.
