After dinner you helped Karen with the dishes. Shawn still hadn't come down from his room. "I think Shawn has a little crush on you" Karen said finishing up the last of the dishes. Your face turned red. "Wh-why would you say that?" You asked. "I can tell by the way he got upset when you mentioned your boyfriend from California, he's only acted like that around girls he likes." She said. It was cute but it made you wonder. "How many girls has he acted like that around?" You asked. Karen laughed. "only one other girl, his ex girlfriend" she said kind of looking disappointed. "Oh, why'd they break up?" You asked. You got interrupted by Shawn interning the kitchen. "She cheated on Me" he said. His mom left us to ourselves. Your face turned beat red, was he listening to this whole conversation? "Oh, um, uh-" you started but he cut you off. "And I don't understand why it's any of your business" he said and walked away. All you could do was stand their froze, this is not good.
