[POV Louis]

My heart is still beating faster as I listen to the words of our biology teacher. But at the same time, I can hear Harry breathing in and out softly. My curly head actually fell asleep on my lap quite a while ago. He has buried his nose in the crook of my neck and his fingers are clawing into my top as if he's afraid that I won't be there the next moment.

My fingers keep sliding through his tousled brown curls and I can't stop myself from burying my nose in his gorgeous hair. Since I came out, the class has become quite quiet. Every now and then you can hear a few pupils mumbling, but they are quickly reprimanded with a look from the teacher. She also keeps looking at us and I can tell from the look on her face that she doesn't like the fact that Harry is asleep.

But I don't really care. Who knows how much sleep he's had in the last few days. I don't think much. Especially not after yesterday. I don't even want to imagine how bad it must have been for him. My poor Haz. I give him a gentle kiss on the forehead and whisper a soft "I love you" so that he knows I'm still here. Somewhere I also blame myself. I should have been here and I definitely shouldn't have let it get this far.

I'm also slowly starting to realise that I've come out. I hadn't really planned it, but when I heard Chris' words, I lost it. I know it was the right thing to do, but somehow it doesn't feel as liberating as I had hoped. Maybe it's the circumstances. Maybe it's also because it happened out of nowhere and not how I would have wanted it. Maybe I'm just scared of what lies ahead for me and us as a couple.

In my thoughts, I pull Harry closer to me, who sighs and presses a light kiss to my neck. I lower my gaze to see if my boyfriend is awake and sure enough, he's blinking against the bright light of the room. I quickly raise my hand and try to cover the source of the light so that he can open his eyes properly.

He smiles gratefully at me and whispers a quiet "Hi". A smile creeps onto my lips too. "Hi, are you feeling a bit better, Sun?" I ask worried, brushing a strand of hair behind his ear before blowing a kiss on his forehead. He nods slowly before he lets out a short sigh and doesn't really seem to know what to say. "Since you've been here, yes," he admits, but the smile he's forcing on his face isn't real. It's not the smile that makes his eyes sparkle as usual.

The crackling of the loudspeaker and the voice of our headmistress break through our quiet conversation and our teacher's lesson. "I'm asking Chris, Adrian, Zayn, Alex and Harry to come to my office immediately." Then the voice disappears again and Harry's body tenses up immensely. At the same time, he starts to tremble, so I take his hands, which are still clutching my top, in mine. "Do you want me to come with you, Love?" I ask. He looks up at me uncertainly and bites his lower lip thoughtfully before nodding and looking at me pleadingly with big green eyes. "Okay, come on then. I won't leave your side,' I say and connect our lips so that he understands that he is not alone and that he can count on me.

I help him to stand up and we leave the classroom hand in hand. Everyone's eyes are on us, of course. Adrian and Chris have already gone ahead and Alex and Zayn have lessons elsewhere. Harry stops in front of the headmistress's room and slowly turns to me. "You're coming in, aren't you?" he asks me in a shaky voice, looking at me with slightly watery eyes. "Of course, Sun," I reassure him and give him a kiss on the temple. It's quiet for a moment before he whispers softly so that I can barely hear. "I don't want to go in there." I furrow my eyebrows worriedly and wrap my arms around his body to pull him closer to me.

"I really don't want to go in there," he breathes and I watch a tear trickle down his face. His body begins to tremble again with tension. It hadn't stopped on the way, but it became weaker when I told him that I would accompany him to our headmistress. Now it's getting stronger again. I gently rest my forehead against his and keep giving him light kisses on the tip of his nose. "I can ask if we can talk to her alone after the talk," I suggest.
