Short Bio:
Toy Chica is the replacement to the original Chica. She was made to be more "kid friendly" so rather than a big scary chicken, they made her small, cute, with rosy cheeks, a bib that says, "let's party" instead of "let's eat" and a cupcake. Since we don't see a withered cupcake, it's possible the cupcake thing first started with Toy Chica in the timeline. Toy Chica is a little flirty and ditzy, she uses flirting to seem "cute" but in reality is an evil robot who can kill you.

Toy Chica appears first on the show stage. For an unknown reason, when she gets off the stage, her eyes turn black and her beak goes missing, leaving a big smile. It is unknown how exactly that works, this means there is always a smile there even with her beak off. She will first appear in the main hallway, and then make her way down to either Party Room 4, or Party Room 1, where she will then go inside the vent. She will also appear in the hallway sometimes, but that just means she's about to go into another room. Unlike Toy Bonnie, she will not appear in front of you when you have the mask on, you instead have to listen for vent sounds to know she's gone, which could be hard if there is another animatronic in the other vent and is also making noise. At the end of the game, she along with the other toy animatronics are scrapped.
FNAF 3:
Toy Chica's mask appears in the toy animatronic trash can. She also appears in the Chica's Party minigame where you have to give cupcakes to children, or you can avoid that mission and instead go off the map and give cake to Susie.
FNAF 4:
Toy Chica appears as a toy.
FNAF: Sister Location:
Toy Chica is not in this game.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator:

Ultimate Custom Night:

Toy Chica returns for the ultimate custom night, and is listed as the 7th character on the character select screen. This time around she's completely missing her eyes, as there is no glow in them. In this game, she is the same as Toy Bonnie, she will randomly appear in your office shaking in front of you, and you have to put your mask on...she also appears in this game in...another...interesting way...more on that later...

Toy Chica appears in this game as one of the buyable animatronics. She has skins in this game, those being: Catrina Toy Chica where she has a day of the dead themed appearance, and complete with a calavera cupcake. High Score/Game Over Toy Chica where she appears as red and blue outlines, her bib will either say "High Score" or "Game Over."
FNAF: Security Breach:
Toy Chica appears on posters in RockStar Row. She also appears as a cardboard cutout, it is believed to be Glamrock Chica, but the cutout is yellow so it's Toy Chica.
