" Dad" she called the person standing in front of her in the softest tone others have ever heard.

" Anu you are safe thank god" he came closer and hugged her like his life depends upon her and this time Anya shared the same feelings .

" Where were you" he asked in a concerned tone " do you even have any idea how dangerous this place is"

" I...I know dad but..." Anya thought to lie but immediately someone covered up" She was with us for the school assignment" Aarav and Aaransh came from behind saying.

" There was a forest fire on one side but it was immediately controlled that's why we were not able to come on time " Aaransh said

" Yeah, we are really sorry sir " Aarav said

" Yes...dad they are saying truth " Anya joined them in their lie which made this lie even more convincing

" Forest fire, Anu you are alright " her grandma asked

" Yes I am all..ok..thanks to these two" she replied and everyone left a deep breath.

" Why are your clothes so wet" her father asked

" This is because of the water people were throwing over the fire in which I got a bit wet."

" I think we should go now" Aarav said while changing his face expressions into disgust

" Wait how will you be going" Anya father asked

" No need to worry sir our parents are outside" Aaransh said hurriedly while holding Aarav

" Yeah....there parents...are outside" Anya said and immediately left for her room.

" Hey Anya, what is your topic for the assignment" maira asked Anya who was searching for some particular figures.

" I haven't decided yet" she said " Why are they absent today"

" Ohh girl I hope you haven't started liking one of them" Innayat said

" If I did I will certainly kill everyone who look at them but right now I want to discuss my assignment with them" Anya said in her cold tone again

" Oops that was hard, anyway this is a common phenomenon, Aarav and Aadit don't come to school for 2-3 days in a month. Although at different times but today both are absent" she said over which Anya just noded and started linking the points.

1. They don't show up for 2-3 days every month

2. Aadit's hand was injured yesterday and he was blaming me

3. A damm big dog saved me from others yesterday for no reason.

4. They live on that isolated place away from people

5. They can fight with a large lion.

6. Aaransh out of nowhere fainted and woke up like it's usual

7. Aarav also reacted like it's not a big deal when Aaransh literally fainted

8. They don't want me to know anything and are aware of my knowledge about them

9. Their parents didn't showed up at all when I was at Aarav 's home.

Now I am sure there is something suspicious. They are a big mysterious or I should say they are those power owners. Aadit probably is a warewolf, Aarav and Aaransh also possess certain powers but they don't show up . Rahul, I am not sure about. I will figure out this all soon. But the real issue right now is that voice and that flash that came over my face yesterday. It can be linked to these creeps, yes it can be.

" Ok class see you tomorrow" her teacher left the room which made her come out of her thoughts.

"Where is your friend" Anya asked from Aaransh while the whole class was busy in their gossips

" Why are you so worried" he counter questioned

" Because I am having an assignment to complete which is given to a so called group and unfortunately your friend is a part of that group" she replied

" So I am, you can discuss the ideas with me, I will surely acknowledge him" Aaransh replied.

" I want to discuss this with the whole group and not individual " she said

" In that case you have to wait for some time madam " Aaransh said over which Anya left.

" Dad what are you doing" she asked her father who was busy in the garden.

" Do you know the name of these flowers" her father asked holding some beautiful purple flowers in his hand

" These are lavender no doubt" she replied

" Yes these are lavender which symbolises peace and calmness. I am leaving for a case tonight and I want you to stay calm. Don't be so rude to others atleast not the one whom you know and yes don't turn toward this jungle it's dangerous" he said

" Ok dad I understood everything now give these flowers to me I want to plant them" she took those flowers and continued her work happily.

I have to dad cause I want some answers.

"Vadit sir" Anya called the old fogey who was sitting on a pavement near the old road.

" You are here again, what do you want now?" He asked

" That book was torn apart, I want to know the whole story" she said in her cold tone

" I don't know any story" he refused directly

" You know, but you don't want to tell me" she said

" Yes I know but I will not tell you now leave"

" I will not untill or unless you don't tell me" she said in a firm tone

" Don't you think your answer will be better given by your family" he said making Anya shocked.

" My family" she kind of questioned

" Yes your family. Do you know the reason of your grandfather's sudden death, your whole family shifting away from this village, your father's concern. Have you ever asked these questions from your family " his words were like pins to Anya but deep down she knew even if she asked those questions she will not be getting any answers.

" Do you know the reason " she asked

" Even if I know then how can I tell you when your family refused to " he said laughing.

" Anya " a sudden voice came angry and desperate" what are you doing here with him "

" None of your business mr. " She said to Aaransh who was standing like a beast ready to eat her alive.

" Ohh god, I am blessed you showed up to me my saviour" Vadit said which made Anya frown.

" God....."
