Thanks to LeTouriste86, I have gone back and hopefully rectified a bit of a plot hole. I've added an a part to the end of chapter thirty two and a little bit to chapter forty three. Hopefully it rectifies any plot holes. It was much appreciated to have it pointed out. I will go through the entire story again and edit where necessary, but hopefully no more glaringly obvious plot holes.
