"Oh! Actually, not really." I mumbled sheepishly, scratching the back of my neck, "But I did peek at the title!"
"And?" Sukuna asked with a raised brow, looking at me expectantly, his arms crossed over his chest.
"It's about how to activate a domain expansion..." I told him softly, making him nod in confirmation.

"Correct." Sukuna replied simply, not explainimg why he'd given me such specific scroll to read.
"But Sukuna...I don't understand. Why did you specifically request that I read that scroll?" I asked.
"You wish to activate your domain expansion, do you not? You once said it's your only goal." Sukuna replied, making me think back to that time. I hadn't realised he remembered such a conversation.

"It is." I whispered quietly in response, nodding at his words.
"And I so happen to have similar interests- ones that allign with yours." Sukuna explained, making my brows furrow. What kind of interests of Sukuna's could possibly need me to develop my domain expansion?
"So, I'll be allowing you to use my personal training yard during late nights and early mornings." Sukuna explained, mentioning the times where in which I do not have any duties to do.

"R-really?" I asked with suprise, Sukuna humming softly in response as he looked around his bare training yard.
"I understand that you'll need a victim in order to practice your domain expansion yes?" Sukuna asked, yet did not wait for me to answer, "So, I'm allowing you to have first pick in the few criminals I keep locked away."

"W-what?" I asked him nervously. Instead of giving me an explanation, Sukuna turned around and walked towards a staircase by the temple, leading to a small door that led where I could only presume was underground. My lips parted in confusion, watching him walk away.
"Follow!" Sukuna called out without turning around, already knowing that I wasn't following behind him.

As per his demands, I hurried to catch up, following behind him hesitantly. I then rushed down the stairs to catch up to him, watching him as he opened the doors to the underground floor and entered. I gulped as I followed behind him, the hallways dark and dingy, scaring me ever so slightly. I followed close behind Sukuna, as if he would protect me from my own fear. Faintly, I could hear groans and moans, slight whispers that Sukuna mostly frowned out with his loud footsteps.

"These are my prison cells." Sukuna announced, as he stopped in the middle of the hallway, making me stop too.
"You'll have direct access to all these criminals when ever you want them." Sukuna announced, motioning over to the men that cowered at the back of their cells, a few brave enough to hiss.
"But-" Sukuna cut me off before I could even say another word in disapproval.
"They have committed unspeakable crimes so do not bother complaining to me about the guilt of hurting them." Sukuna told her with raised brows.

"B-but..." Again, I tried to argue but I didn't know what to say.
"You either take them into your domain expansion and help them change their ways or they die miserably by my hand. Which to you seems like their best option?" Sukuna then asked me, knowing what my answer would be.
"To help them change their ways." I echoed, a small pout on my lips as I looked down at my feet.

"Good girl." Sukuna praised, placing one of his hands on my head which made me look up at him with doe eyes, innocently.
"Now, when you would like access to a prisoner, you are to ask one of my curse users to bring them to the training yard." Sukuna said, using my head to spin me around so that I was looking at a dark wooden door behind me, "Through that door is where the curse users are. Knock and they'll come out to assist you."

"Don't let them leave you alone with a prisoner without making them check that the scum is completely chained and incapable of moving, yes?" Sukuna asked, using my head to spin me back to facing him. I nodded hesitantly, all of this being a lot to take in.
"Words." Sukuna then demanded.
"Yes, Sukuna." I mumbled, "Thank you...this is all so much, so thank you for arranging all this for someone like me."

"Someone like you?" Sukuna asked incredulously, with a raised brow, making me gulp nervously.
"You know...a member of staff- a former whore...a nobody." I whispered shyly. Sukuna sighed at my words, rolling his eyes.
"You think you're- whatever. We'll talk about this at a later date." He then said frustratedly as he brushed past my words and used my head to spin me around to face a metal door, stumbled as I spun.
"There is one rule, though." Sukuna then added.

"There's a prisoner through that door there." Sukuna told me, "You are not to approach him. You are not to open the door. You are not to converse with him. Do you understand me?"
"Yes, Sukuna." I whispered, slightly confused but I had no right to question his motives after what he's done for me.

Sukuna then spun me back around to face him, his hand then moving to grab onto my face, squishing my cheeks harshly.
"I mean it, brat. You are not to open that door. You will not like what's on the other side." Sukuna said sternly, making me nod in response, moving my head as much as I could under his grip.
"I understand." I replied softly, making Sukuna nod in approval before saying.

"Good. Then you may start training your domain expansion starting from tomorrow."
