Making me Sad.

|🌟|Neteyam POV:

" Stop throwing your food at me! " Lo'ak argued with Tuk, she stooks her tongue out at him, " Neteyam! come help me " Lo'ak screamed at me, as Tuk kept throwing food, I sighed as I finally did my necklace and the rest of the accessories I usually wear also I started brushing my hair for some reason.

"You leaving again? " Kiri asked me as she put down a basket of food next to the mirror I was looking at, I nodded, " I have something to do, " I said, she raised an eyebrow as she looked at me, " Aren't you gonna eat with us at least? " she asked me again, I finally was finished with my hair, " I'm not that hungry," I said, she sighed.

" Wow, Neteyam did us dirty " added Lo'ak, I raised an eyebrow and turned around, " What do you mean? " he scoffed, " At this point, you just do the same thing our parents are, just leave us and we can only see you at night, sometimes.. " he responded, 

I sighed, Was I? was i neglecting my family like our parents started to do since we came here? I hope I don't. " Fine, I'll stay for breakfast," I said, as all of my siblings smiled, even Lo'ak corner a smile, and that felt good, to see them happy.

It took a while since I also helped my sister finish breakfast, and just ate with them this time, I enjoyed spending time with my siblings and my parents, as I always do, but I guess I just like spending time with other people too now, 

" The clown fish was too good! " Tuk said happily, " I know, it's not that way overcooked since Neteyam cooked it " Lo'ak joked as Kiri threw an apple slice in his face he frowned, " I'm glad y'all liked it," I said,

As I finished my drink, I got up, " I'm gonna go now " I announced, as my siblings waved me bye, way happier now and I was glad they were,

As I got outside I went to the chief cabin, as Tsireya had a job for me, I was planning to go see what Aonung was up to, but the breakfast took all my time for that so I guess- I could go later,

As I got there, the sun was up and bright, I knocked at the door, and Tsireya opened it, " Oh! Morning Neteyam " she greeted me, " Good morning, " I said, " Come with me, the ilus are on the east area " She explained I nodded.

We both went to the east area there were a few young navies and the hurt ilus who got their fins damaged, as we got there, a friend of Tsireya greeted us and showed us where to go exactly, 

As we went in the water both me and Tsireya chose one of the hurt ilu's and we looked for where the damage was.

I don't know why the chief wanted me to help today,  but I was more experienced with wounds, as I usually was the one treating some of the animals back home and also helped my siblings with small ones.

I found the damage, it was a beautiful Ilu with a yellow stripe on his back and his color was a soft orange with blue ends at the fins, I happily petted his head and offered some fish so he wouldn't be bothered while I worked on my thing.

Its bluefin was slightly scratched and the back had a pretty bad wound all along the yellow stripe, I slowly used some palmer leaves to tie up a bit the scratched fin, and started working with some herbs, we had to use for the ilu's, I didn't know all of them but some, Kiri also was happy to teach me everything about what she learned, and that was helpful now.

I placed some coconut syrup around the wounds, the oil was gonna help the ilu be calm while I focused on the wound,

As I used a bottle of pyper flower seeds and sweet water placed them around the wound and massaged it, the ilu yelled at that and I also patted his back, I used a mix of different herbs and placed it right into the open wound, also using more coconut syrup around it, luckily the ilu was strong and didn't flinch when I did place the herbs, I wrapped more palmer leaves around the whole wound and let the herb do their job, I used some apple sliced from breakfast to give them to the ilu,
