Next week arrived as planned, and they went on a dinner date they had meticulously planned out the night before while lying in each other's arms.

Jin's second trimester was about to start soon. They hadn't taken on any new projects other than small ones, but they were expecting offers to be extended soon, unless they announced a break, which they planned to do after the second trimester.

It was June when Jin conceived, continuing with promotions unaware that he was carrying their baby. They only found out in July, after the promotions were over and the movie was released.

Now, September had started, and soon Jin's second trimester would begin, along with finding out the baby's gender.

Jin's bond with Taehyung grew stronger each day, especially every time they slept in each other's arms and the second time they made love.

As Jin stood in front of the mirror, glamming himself up for their night out, memories of last weekend flooded his mind, filling his stomach with butterflies. Was this what it felt like to be loved? Did Taehyung truly hold such feelings for him?

Jin's therapy was working to an extent, but he knew that things were about to get difficult after three months, and he needed to brace himself for it. But for now, the time he spent with Taehyung was all he needed. The pup was going to have the sweetest alpha father.

After finishing his makeup, Jin joined Taehyung in the living room. "Let's go." Jin wore a black skims dress and a diamond necklace with his initial. No heels this time, just some nice flat pumps. Taehyung blushed seeing Jin dress up for him. "You look so pretty," he said, wrapping his arms around Jin's small waist. "Only one thing is missing." Taehyung brought Jin's body close to him, eliminating any space between them.

Jin bared his neck for Taehyung. "You can scent me," he said as he scented Taehyung. Jin's scent sweetened even more when Taehyung licked the mating mark and nuzzled his nose into Jin's neck. "We are good to go now," he said, placing a chaste kiss on Jin's forehead before intertwining their hands together.

They reached the restaurant, and it was a niche place, so they didn't have to worry about crowds. They ate and laughed, just as Taehyung had imagined their night would be. The best part was when Jin got up from his chair to steal a kiss from Taehyung, leaving the alpha a little shook. He hadn't expected such PDA, but he had a little surprise for Jin.

"I got you something, pup," Taehyung said, bringing out a bag. "It's a little gift. I hope you like it."

Jin smiled, shyly taking the bag and pulling out a box. Inside was a ring, the one Taehyung had seen Jin looking up a few days ago at night. Jin had planned on getting it for himself, but much to his surprise, Taehyung had noticed. It was a blue sapphire ring with diamonds around it, and Jin had always loved the stone. "Put it on my finger," Jin said, extending his hand. They had exchanged wedding bands, but they were plain gold ones chosen by the company.

Taehyung slid the ring down Jin's ring finger, rubbing his hands. "I hope you like it. Keep wearing it always."

Jin smiled as he stared at the ring. This was it. He wished he could tell Taehyung to stick around forever until he was ready, but he knew it would be selfish of him. He kept it to himself but quietly wished for his heart to accept the love that was best for him.

"Should we go meet Jimin and Yoongi tomorrow?" Taehyung asked, taking a bite of the cheesecake, which was Jin's. His hand was immediately smacked away. One thing about Jin, he hated sharing food.

"Let's go meet them," Jin said, pulling his plate towards himself, away from Taehyung's reach.

"I'll be back," Taehyung said, getting up to leave. Jin's eyes followed him as he went towards the counter, probably to pay the bill, Jin finished eating his cake when Taehyung came back. "Shall we leave?"

"Sure, are we heading back home already?" Jin wanted to stay out a little longer. "Yeah, I suppose. Do you want to walk around the area a little bit? Maybe then we could head back," Taehyung suggested, extending his hand. Jin took it and got up.

They walked around a bit, and the air got slightly chilly in September. It was late into the night, and their short walk was almost an hour long. There was no crowd or people to disturb them.

Jin stopped midway, and Taehyung halted too since their hands were intertwined. "Thank you," Jin said, looking into Taehyung's eyes. "Can I kiss you?" Jin felt the urge to do so. "The pup wants me to do that." He stared at his feet, waiting for Taehyung to reply.

"Of course, anything the pup wants." Taehyung leaned in and kissed Jin. It was a slow kiss. When he pulled away, both of them were not out of breath. That kind of kiss.

"Let's go home now," Taehyung said, guiding Jin towards the car. They both drove back home safely. Taehyung rushed to his bathroom to wash up as soon as he stepped inside the apartment. He saw Jin leaving for his own room, probably to change.

Taehyung was resting in the bathtub when Jin barged into the bathroom,
wearing only a robe. "Can you help me bathe?" Taehyung gulped, looking at Jin, who was probably naked under the robe. He didn't realize he was staring at Jin's bare legs until Jin cleared his throat to bring him out of his trance.

"Sure, I'll help you," Taehyung replied. He watched as Jin grinned before slipping the robe off his shoulders. Damn, he was naked.

Jin joined Taehyung in the bathroom, the ring Taehyung gave him still intact on his finger, as he combed Taehyung's wet locks with his fingers.
