Chapter 48

"Come here, Itt,'" Day called his lover in a low voice before Itt moved to sit next to Day, who took his lover in an embrace. This made Itt's tears come out again and he reached up to wipe his own tears away.

"Why are you crying?" Day asked in a low voice. But his hand gently caressed his lover's back.

"I'm heartbroken. Salmon will be leaving tomorrow," Itt said, his voice muffled.

"If you don't stop crying, you're going to have a headache. Let's put Salmon's stuff in his bag and get him ready first. Tomorrow won't be a mess" Day said back, Itt pulled back a little from Day's embrace.

"You can pick it up tomorrow," Itt said softly. Day looked at Itt knowingly.

"No need, do you know where to collect tomorrow? Because you're going to postpone the time again, right?" said Day looking at Itt with a frown.

"Then why not..." Itt exclaimed indignantly.

"I think you took the time to collect Salmon. You'd better go with him. Salmon is sleeping right now, you must put your things away for Salmon, don't you? Use the rest of the time to be useful. Besides, Salmon won't be flying back tomorrow, because P' Pim had to come stay at Emma's first, it must be late the day after tomorrow" said Day, making Itt think.

"Itt, go to sleep. I'm going to turn off the lights first," Day told his boyfriend, before leaving the room to check on cleanliness. As soon as he got back to the room, he found that Itt had already fallen asleep hugging Salmon, and it looks like the little boy is

turning around and hugging Itt too. Day smiled at the image in front of him, before falling asleep next to Itt and hugging him too.

☀️ The next morning...

The spasming feeling in the side causes Day to slowly open his eyes to the morning of the new day. Day looked over at his lover and saw Itt still lying with his back to him and felt something squirming under the blanket.

"Salmon, how did you get here?" Day asked because Salmon, originally was sleeping next to Itt, and now he was in the middle of the bed.

"I want to sleep next to Uncle Day and Uncle Itt," the little boy said softly, making Day feel calmer.

"Ah..." a murmur sounded in Itt's throat, earlier startled as he reached out to hug Salmon from the other side, but couldn't find him.

"Salmon" Itt hastily called his nephew.

"Huh" replied Salmon lying in the middle, because Itt is facing the other way, so he didn't know the little boy was lying there. When he heard Salmon, Itt quickly turned to look, before taking a deep breath.

"I'm shocked, I thought you were gone. How long have you been awake, Day?" Itt asked his lover when he saw his lover lying down.

"I just woke up because Salmon fell asleep in the middle," Day said, lightly rubbing Salmon's head. The little boy went to sleep between Day and Itt's pillow.

"I want to sleep here" said the little boy before taking Itt's hand and hugging him and then he took Day's hand and hugged it again.

"Hug me, I'll go to sleep," said the little boy again. Itt looked at his nephew with pity because he knows Salmon doesn't want to leave Itt and Day either.
