'Yeah.' I sighed in defeat. I guess they are more than aware of what's going on. 'I don't even know what to say, or what exactly made him avoid me so badly.' I mumble

'Might be that little thing where you said you don't feel a thing for him. Just a hunch.' Jungkook chuckles

'Yeah... I'm aware... but he won't even give me a minute to explain.'

'Give him a few days. He'll come around. He's stubborn, just in case you missed it.' Taehyung pats me on the shoulder

'Whatever. Bye.' I didn't feel like explaining or talking to them in general, so I just left. At least it's weekend and no school tomorrow. Shit. No school. I won't see him.

-----

I spent the entire night thinking if I should text him or call him. And besides barely sleeping, I haven't done either of those things.

But now it's middle of the day and I feel like sleeping, and that can't happen. If I do fall asleep, I'll mess up my sleep schedule.

Energy drink. That's it. I'll go buy a red bull or a monster or something.

I walked through the shop with a basket, filling it with snacks on my way to the fridge with the drinks. While I was trying to choose what I want, something wrapped around my leg. Not something. Someone.

I looked down in surprise to see little Yujin giggling, looking up at me.

'Noona! Did I scare you?' He kept giggling

'You sure did.' I laugh, crouching to give him a hug, getting one of his small cheek smooches and a tight hug around my neck.
'Did you run away again?' I ask him

'No. Jiminie hyung is there.' He points behind him to a very tired Jimin who's currently busy pushing the trolley, chucking in some things

'You shouldn't run away from him like that. You can get lost or hurt. Okay?'

'But... I saw you noona.' That little pouty head tilt

'You're so cute.' I coo to him, pinching his cheeks, which always makes him giggle. 'Let's return you to the hyung.'

He happily took my hand as I walked him to Jimin.

'Excuse me, sir, but I think I found your lost package.' I decided to joke a little, smiling a little. I can't be sure if he'll even speak to me

'Yujin. I'm gonna tie you to myself one of these days.' He scolded him, and rightfully so, but Yujin hid behind me, talking back cutely

'I'm sorry, Jiminie. I saw noona so I wanted to scare her.' He was lightly clutching on my sweatpants, barely peeking behind me

'Sorry.' Jimin mumbles at me

'Nothing to apologize for.' I mumble back

'Noona, noona. I'm gonna make cookies!' Yujin suddenly got excited

'Oh, are you? Why?' I smile seeing how excited he is

'For school. I have to make cookies for school. Hyung will make them with me.'

'You can bake?' I look at Jimin in surprise

'No. Not at all. I'll learn.' He gives a short answer. 'Come on, Yujin. We need to go.'

I took a quick glance at his trolley, and it instantly made me want to laugh.

'What?' He asks

'Is this... is that for the cookies?' I point to the items in front of him

'Yes?' That was more of a question than a statement

'I hate to tell you this, but the only thing you can make with that is a pizza. You need baking powder, not baking soda. And no self-rising flour. Your cookies will explode. And that icing is not for the cookies.'

'Seriously?' He started looking at the same things, going through them. 'Did I get anything right?'

'Sugar and eggs. That is about it.' I laugh. Even Yujin was giggling. 'Do you need some help?'

'Don't worry. It's fine. Thanks.' Course

'I made them a million times. I can help you at least find what you need.'

'Jiminie, can noona make cookies with us?' Yujin pulls on his leg

I do love this kid sometimes. Work with me buddy.

'Yujin, noona is busy. Some other time.' Jimin shuts him down, and Yujin instantly turns into a sad puppy, pouting

'But I want to make cookies with noona!'

'Yujin, that's enough.' I've never seen him do stern with Yujin before, but I guess he really wants nothing to do with me.

'We'll make them some other time, Yujin. Listen to your hyung.' I smile at the little one

'Promise, noona?' He runs to me, raising his little pinky

I crouched down, wrapping mine around his. 'Yeah. Promise.'

'Yayy!' And there he goes.

I was looking right at Jimin as Yujin was hanging around my neck, and he only looked away. I can't cry. Not here. Not now.

'Go with Jiminie now, and don't run away again.'

'I won't.' He giggled and went back to Jimin

'Get the plain flour, baking soda and caster sugar. And some cutting shapes and baking paper. Have fun.' I quickly told him what to get and left, not even getting the drink I came here for. That's how fast I ran out.

I walked home with tears in my eyes, just trying to hold them in.

The way he has been around me the last few days hurts so bad. It's like back when we didn't really know each other. The flat tone and barely any expressions on his face.

And I hate it.
