Chapter 15 " The nikha"

It's been two days since the crazy night. We have all just kept to our rooms. Aleena. Me and Zoha watched a bunch of kdramas, they helped distract Aleena. She's been freaking out now that the nikha date has arrived.

Today I woke up before Aleena. She couldn't fall asleep last night. So I go and get ready first.
I wear a simply pretty while outfit with a red dupata.

Daniya's Outfit.

I did my makeup and wore jumkhas (earrings). I curl my hair and let them loose with a middle part. I go over to Aleena and wake her up.  

     "Aleena wake up" I say as I softly push her.  
     "If you don't I will pour cold water over you" I say as I remember her threat from the other day. She quickly gets up.
     "Your so evil" she says as she gets of the bed.
     "That I am" I tell her.

Aleena is all dressed up and is doing her makeup. We both love to do makeup so we are pretty skilled. Zoha has also gotten up and is getting ready. Aleena is wearing this really pretty white lengha? I think it's a lengha. It's got gold work done on it.

Aleena's outfit.

     "You look beautiful" I tell her as I help her fix her dupata over her head. Zoha comes in.
     "Omg you look so pretty" she says as she approaches Aleena.
     "Thank you" Aleena says all shy. I chuckle.
     "You look beautiful as well" I tell Zoha and she blushes.
She's wearing a simple white shalwar kameez. And has her straight hair down.

Zoha's outfit.

We head downstairs and leave Aleena. She's isn't allowed to come out of her room. It's a stupid rule my thathi put on her. The nikha is happening outside. I'm not sure where but it not happening at home. So we go into the kitchen.

     " Aslam o alaikum" both me and Zoha say in sync.
     "Walaikum slam, eat breakfast and take Aleena's food up to her room. Everyone else has made their way to the place. Saad is coming back to pick us four up" my mom tells us as she passes me Aleena's breakfast.
She could eat downstairs but no. You can't defy thathi orders.

We are done eating and Saad is waiting in the car. My mom sits in the front. Zoha sits behind her then Aleena in the middle and I sit behind Saad's seat.

Once we arrive I get of and help aleena then Zoha comes to our side and fixes Aleena's cloths and my mom also joins us. She hands Zoha flower pastels which are red and ask her to go ahead and throw them around. Noor approaches.
     "Aslam o alaikum everything is ready"

We are at a park it's beautiful, the set up, the furniture. Everything is gorgeous.

The nikha venue.

In general you don't have to do this but I guess Aleena's dad wanted to do it. Its only a family event though. So no outsiders. All the people staying at our place already here and then Aleena's extended family also here.

Haider stands up as he sees us coming. He's wearing all white, he looks dashing. He's styled his hair with gel again.

Zain and Hania are also matching they look so cute.
I see Danial running towards my direction I smile at him just so as he runs past me. Hurt I look back and see Saad approaching. He looks dashing as well. He picks Danial up and walks up right beside me. He's wearing a red button up shirt tucked into his white pants, along with brown shoes.
