Acceptance

The teacher looked distraught, said 'That's it! I can't take any more', and walked out of the classroom.One more feather to the glory of class 9 batch at Riverside School.Five teachers left in two weeks.They were close enough to the target. After each teacher left ,they celebrated like those obsessed fans of Lionel Messi upon winning the world title.The dean saw it all but with helplessness. Drawings upon the classroom walls, desks shoved into corners to play outdoor games indoor were common sights. They attended classes regularly to bring consistency to their blasphemy against the school policies.

Things were different when Miss Silvie taught at Riverside School.She believed in experiential learning.According to her, Physics can never be taught in four walls.First hand experience was her mantra. Her popularity among students turned other teachers hostile.The school authorities found her a threat corrupting the mindset of the students. She strongly supported in being gender fluid.She lent her support on social media and even spread awareness among people.She was fired.Students were devastated in the bargain.

With every new teacher joining ,they missed her even more.They were an army battling not with weapons but anguish traps that they hutched making sure the teacher survives only a couple of days if not hours.Unruly behavior reached a point where the students behaved like bulls ready to attack anything that reminds them of red.No teacher could tolerate a bunch of hooligans interrogating incessantly , leading them to a cease and exit.When punished ,they victoriously abandoned the region and create a ruckus enough disturbing the adjacent classrooms.

Eventually Miss Silvie was back to her classroom ,she set up for the students at the community hall of the township where there are no rules to follow...
