Backstory: Not much is known about Luna's past. She was born into a poor family in one of the cities outside of Gotham and Metropolis. She got abandoned when she was a kid when they could no longer care for her. She lived in many foster homes over the years in cities all over, including the aforementioned ones. As a teenager, she worked any job she could to live on her own, eventually resorting to allowing multiple science experiments being user on her. One of them caused her to develop lycanthropy but the process almost killed her. Sometime after this, Hugo Strange found her and used her to begin the work that made him create all his monsters, Luna being his first creation.
