Nick's Pov:
Charlie.
No, he can't be alive.
I buried that memory 7 years ago.
He's dead.
My girlfriend, Charlotte, walks over to me as I start to stand up.
"What's wrong, babe?" She asks soothingly rubbing my arm.
"I can't. He's dead. Not real." I choked out and then started sobbing.
"Hey, it's okay. You don't have to see him at all." She said reassuringly.
"No, I do. I promised Tori I would come and see them again immediately after he woke up." I said through tears.
"But, you aren't going to go?" She asked. She looked so confused and I didn't want to confuse her, but I also didn't know myself.
"I don't know, but I think I have to."
"So... you're going to your ex's house, because he called and you owe it to his sister..." She recapped, and I sighed.
"I know, I know. It sounds crazy, but I can't just let down Charlie, I need to see him, at least one more time?" I said, well, it seemed more like I was asking it.
"Okay...fine. But, I want to go with too, just to know you're not..." She stopped before she said it, but I knew what she meant, cheating. She thought I was gonna cheat on her with Charlie.
"Of course you can come, I physically can't stop you with it seeming suspicious." I laugh, and she does too.
"You should probably call Charlie and tell him you're coming." She smiled, and I nodded.
"Yeah, okay. Thanks for being so understanding."
"Of course."
Charlie's Pov:
Damn it. I'm so stupid. I called him, and he probably doesn't even want to talk to me. He has a new girlfriend, why would he call me? Ugh, I'm so stupid. I'm just-
BRINNGGG
"Hello?" It was Nick.
"Hi."
"Charlie, fuck, it really is you."
"Yeah."
"When did you wake up?"
"About 5 hours ago"
"Wow...can I come visit you?"
"Uh...well I'm living with Tori and Micheal, so it depends on if they care or not."
"Oh, okay."
"Yeah one sec. Yeah, Tori says she doesn't care."
"Okay, I'll um, I'll see you then?"
"Yeah, yeah sounds good."
*Call ended*
"Sounds perfect."
