Demi-gods PT. 1

*A/N I've over exaggerated Elles crush on Tao to fit the storyline, and im sorry she doesn't fit the character correctly, I tried my best to fit the plot without changing too much*

Charlie Pov:

I may or may not have a crush on an Apollo child. He's like the entire reason that I actually come to those stupid check-ups my doctor has prescribed me. He's always there with his stupidly handsome smile, his dirty-blonde hair, and his dark brown eyes. I don't know his name, don't need to, it's not like I can tell anyone. My only friends are Tao Xu, an Ares kid, and Aled Last, an Athena kid, and although they know I'm gay, they can't know who I like. One reason is that Tao would completely murder them if they decided not to like me back. Another reason is, if they don't murder him, they'll make fun of me, especially since this Apollo kid plays capture the flag every evening, and he's head counselor of Apollo cabin, and...I could go on forever on how he's perfect, and im..just me. If I were to tell Tao and Aled about my crush, they would immediately think I'm crazy, insane even. But here I am, sat on a random picnic bench, watching the Apollo kid play volleyball, without a shirt on. I think I might die, but if I'm blushing (and I most definitely am), at least I can blame it on the hot summer heat. I'm hiding the fact that I'm staring at him by covering my face with a book, pretending I'm reading. I noted how his hair clung to his forehead with the heat and how he cracked his knuckles after he hit the ball.

"Nick! Can you come heal this Hades kid? (Hehe Nico, sorry) he's just shadow traveled and is exashasted!" Someone called, and hot Apollo boy ran over to the voice immediately. Nick, that's a nice name.

"Hey Charlie," my cabin mate, Elle said. She sat down on the bench seat next to me, and I set my book down.

"Yeah?" I asked, wondering why she was here. Elle was a nice girl, Tao seemed to like hanging out with her, I just didn't know Hee that well.

"Can you tell me how to make those potions?" She asked, of course. Since I was from the Aphrodite cabin, I was often asked to make love potions, not many others could, and I didn't charge anything, so they all came to me. The only sad thing is that I can't use my potions to make people fall in love with me, I'm sort of destined to be alone.

"You won't be able to make them." I say, and her eyebrows furrow together.

"Y'know Tao, right? He's your friend, correct?" She asked, and I nodded slowly."Can you make him like me? Please!?" She begged, and I sighed.

"I don't want to mess with my friends' relationships, but I can try to see if he likes you." I say, and she jumps up and hugs me gently.

"Thank you, Charlie! Thank you!"

"Yeah, yeah, alright." I say, and then she was gone, just as quickly as she had come, probably to go and talk to her friends. Whatever.

Nick Pov:

I've been confused as of lately, I know I'm bisexual. I've known it for a while, but do I seriously like Charlie Spring? No judgment, Charlie is amazing, but... he's an Aphrodite kid. Did he do this just to mess with me? Did he make me love him? No, I've met him, and he doesn't seem like the type. But he also has been known for making others fall in love without a care, so what's stopping him? Maybe he did do it, but I hope not. I hope it's actually TRUE love and not just his magic. It would hurt if it was. It would hurt a lot more than I could handle.
