avery arrives the animal shelter and thankfully all the boys arrive on time. avery greets each of them a hug.
"thank you guys for being here on your day off. i just really want a puppy" avery exclaims.
"keep your eyes peeled and let me know if you find a puppy you think i will like, let me know" avery smiles and everyone starts looking around.
"what are you going to get jamaal?' avery questions.
"my ideal dog is a chocolate lab" jamaal answers.
"that's so sweet" avery gushes. "i want a golden retriever"
everyone continues to walk around the animal shelter, getting distracted by the many dogs. that is until aidan finds one that catches her eye.
"yo aves, come here"aidan calls avery over. "how about this little guy?"
"awww he is so cute" avery says as the dog starts licking her. "how old is he?" avery asks.
"he is 8 months" aidan looks over and reads notecard by the cage.
"i think he is perfect" avery smiles. "hey hutch?" avery asks getting a sparkle in her eye.
"yeah?" aidan answers.
"the puppy kind of looks like you" avery laughs.
"is it the blonde hair?" aidan laughs.
"maybe" avery smiles. "i think it's cute" avery says a matter of the factly.
"so is this guy the one?" aidan asks.
"i think he is" avery picks up the puppy.
"let's gather the boys" aidan says walking in boys direction.

the paper work went well and the unnamed puppy is offically avery's. she has not stopped smiling since they left the animal shelter. they make a quick pit stop on the way back to avery's house to get some toys, a dog bed, and some dog food at their local petco.
