HER HOUSE OF GLASS

22 3 1

White frilly dress
A girl in pigtails
Hugging her knees
Is she alive?
Made of clay
Was molded
And sheared
To be a perfect
Doll and puppet
She is inside
Of a glass
Resembling a house

Put in the middle
Of the ocean
Where it sinks
Deeper and deeper
Water flowing
From the cracks
Pressure pushing
The glass
It gets deeper
It gets higher
Till she floats
And drunk
Lot of those
Now full
Sated she is
Drowned inside
The glass
That resembles
A house

Put on the desert
Humidity and heat
Rays of light
Passes through
Temperature
Higher and higher
Hits like fire
Then her skin
Begins to sizzle
No cries no tears
Just burning to brittle
Burned putrid
The house stands still
Shinning brightly
Too much to see
Hiding her body
Black as coal
From the eyes
Of the hungry crows
