Hermann: "Hey, where's Theo?"
Brett: "We have a new trainee today on 61, so Chief needed to bump one of us. He went to Luke's parent's anniversary party."
Dawson: "Lucky him. I could use a good vacation."
Matt: "He's meeting the family, wouldn't exactly call that a vacation."
Cruz: "Still scarred from meeting Ryan's family?"
Matt: "Let's just say I don't know which side is worse. Her mom or dad's." he hums, shaking his head with a shudder as the others chuckle
Kelly: "Hey, we weren't that bad."
Matt: "Oh, you were the worst."
Kelly: "Had to make sure you were worthy. Still a little iffy on that, by the way." he jokes, the group perking up when watching Arya and Anna enter the room
Anna: "Oh, black mambas, easy. All you have to do is sit in the cold."
Arya: "Thank you! Finally, somebody with some sense. Majority said gorilla just cause it's easier to see."
Anna: "But if you can see the gorilla, the gorilla can see you."
Arya: "I think all the smoke is starting to affect their brains." she playfully whispers, Anna chuckling as the others watch the two with surprised looks on their faces
Mouch: "Hey Anna" he hums, gaining the pair's attention "You know Severide and Hayes used to hook up, right?"
Anna: "I did know that." she nods, lightly chuckling as Arya gives him a skeptical look
Otis: "And you also know that they called things off before they started gaining feelings for one another, right?" he hums, a silence coming over the room as Arya scoffs, shaking her head
Arya: "They're expecting us to have a cat fight over him."
Anna: "Oh, they don't know that we're planning on ditching Kelly and running away together."
Arya: "Exactly. Who wants Kelly." she smirks, patting said man's arm as she brushes past him
Kelly: "Oh, ha ha. Real funny." he scoffs, lightly hitting Arya with the newspaper in his hands, moving towards Anna as the pair head towards the apparatus floor

Standing in front of her locker, Ryan shrugs on her shirt. Placing her bag inside she halts in her steps, a solemn look coming over her face when looking at the photo of Allison pinned to her locker door. Taking in a shaky breath, she snaps out of her daze, slamming her locker shut as she starts heading out the room, perking up when hearing her phone vibrating
Ryan: "Hello?" she rasps, clearing her throat with a cough "Hey, Trudy. Yeah. What's up?" she hums, brows furrowing in confusion before a look of annoyance comes over her face

Sitting on a bench inside the precinct, Ryan sighs, sitting up in her spot when watching Trudy and Benny head her way, bruises covering the latter's face
Ryan: "What'd he do?"
Trudy: "He got into a "you should see the other guy" situation with three off-duty cops on Rush Street."
Benny: "You should see the other guys." he shrugs as Ryan gives him an annoyed look
Trudy: "They're not pressing charges."
Ryan: "So, he's free to go?"
Trudy: "To be your problem, yeah" she nods "Benny, next time I'm not calling your daughter." she warns
