The constant whimpering
and sniffing beside her
awoke the tired girl as
she turned on the light
then turned to see what was wrong.
Harin: "Daeun
what's wrong"
She rasped as she soflty
wiped her four year olds tears.
Daeun: " bunnyyyy "
She says through her sobs.
Harin looked around, despite
barely being able to see properly
because of how tired she was,
and found it on the floor
on Daeun's side.
She lazily got out of
the bed to retrieve the bunny
before sliding back in and handing
it to the now calm girl.
Harin: "here's your
bunny baby"
Daeun: "Bunnyyy!"
She happily clutched it
against her chest.

Harin: "now let's sleep, mhm?"
Before she could turn to
turn the lights off a small
gasp caught her attention.
Daeun: "No! scary"
Harin: "i want to sleep
(ಥ_ಥ) "
"baby it's not scary i promise,
come here"
She moves into her mothers arms
and lays her head on her chest.
Daeun: "promise?"
Harin: "i promise"
Daeun gives her a
little "okay" then Harin turns
the light off so that they can
resume their rest.
A couple of hours later
the two get woken up by the
constant ringing of the alarm.

Daeun: "hehe"
I wipe the water from my face
then look at the little mischief
maker.
"are you splashing mommy?"
