No one's POV:

Taehyung couldn't stop shaking his knee in the car, tapping it nervously on the carpeted floor sporadically. He had his hands clasped together on his lap and twiddled with the necklace dangling from his neck time to time.

"We'll be fine you know. We just have to say a few vows then we can be out of there," Jeongguk comforted when he saw Taehyung's paranoid state.

The brunet looked up through his thick brown locks to glance as Jeongguk, ". . . I know, I just can't help it. I'm an overthinker," Taehyung justified as he inhaled a deep breath.

"We'll be okay," Jeongguk stated as one of his hands left the steering wheel of Taehyung's car to reach over to his finance's knee and squeeze it lightly.

When they were heading towards the car to leave, Taehyung planned on driving. However, that seemed idiotic to Jeongguk. Taehyung was far too nervous to do anything and Jeongguk deemed him far too anxious to drive. The Marine took the car keys right out of Taehyung's hand and ushered him into the passenger seat before he could even say another word.

The brunet didn't complain, in fact he was quite thankful because paranoia was consuming every fragment of his body. Taehyung had been so confident before, but now that the time to getting married was closer than ever, he couldn't help but worry.

Jeongguk seemed to be understanding because he had gone through the exact same thing a few days ago. Now that Jeongguk had told a few people, he was fully committed and backing out wasn't an option to even consider.

The Marine had to get Taehyung on board and providing a comforting touch was the least he could do. The brunet sucked a harsh breath in once Jeongguk's calloused hand made contact with his knee.

Jeongguk stroked his thumb in small circles as he moved his hand up to the inner portion of Taehyung's thigh. The recipient stared blankly at the touch, processing the strange swirl of emotions that rose inside of his stomach.

Jeongguk stared ahead at the road, manoeuvring into the empty space in the parking lot and parking the car with one hand. Eventually, after a while of managing the conflicting feelings brewing inside of him, Taehyung did what he had been wanting to do ever since Jeongguk placed his hand on his leg. Taehyung took a hold of the rough hand and intertwined his slim fingers in between the slightly larger, coarser ones of the Marine.

Jeongguk would be lying if he said that the action didn't both confuse and amaze him. He never thought such a simple gesture would have his heart palpitations increase so rapidly.

When the ravenet placed his hand over Taehyung's knee, he didn't actually intend to keep it there however something overcame him and Jeongguk found himself caressing the area gently. Most of all, he didn't expect Taehyung to hold his hand.

However, his fiancé did and Jeongguk couldn't help but marvel at the wonderfully supple and smooth skin of Taehyung. It was a beautiful golden colour and it contrasted nicely against Jeongguk's slightly more pale complexion.

The Marine glanced over to Taehyung- only to be met with the man already staring at him.

"Let's do this," Taehyung whispered as he gained his confidence and begrudgingly let go of the comforting touch Jeongguk gave him.

Undoing his seatbelt, Taehyung climbed out the car as Jeongguk did the same on the other side. Although both of them found it disappointing to let go of the other, they had to do it. Neither of them had the strength to ask to hold the others hand again and so they found themselves walking towards the building in a tension filled silence.

The pair passed a beautiful water feature on the way there, the fountain had a gorgeous marbling to it and the water looked bewitching as it travelled down the side of the fountain.

There were loads of coins floating in the largest part of the fountain and Taehyung decided to take it as a good omen. The circular shapes of the coins were distorted as Taehyung peered into the water and the brunet found the entire fountain gorgeous.

Both of them immediately knew that fountain would be the perfect place to take wedding pictures. It was right outside the hall and it was also a stunning piece of architecture. It would be convincing to mark the day and they had agreed that Taehyung would do up his house a bit so that they looked more like a married couple. As soon as possible, Taehyung planned to scatter pictures of Jeongguk around the apartment and make a point of supporting the military by hanging the American flag on his balcony.

"You look the part you know," The Marine commented as he took in Taehyung's appearance yet again.

"What do you mean by that?

"You- you look pretty," Jeongguk complimented as Taehyung bit his lip, surprised that his coy behaviour had paid off.

"So do you commando,"

Jeongguk rolled his eyes at that but let Taehyung get away with the annoying nickname as they entered the building and headed for the metal detecting machine. The check was mandatory and both of them passed with ease.

Once they got onto the other side of the machine, Taehyung immediately spotted Jimin and ran up to him. Jimin was there as an official witness as well as to record the whole thing. He was in on the fake marriage and swore not to tell anyone.

Taehyung couldn't have been more happy that Jimin was here and immediately hugged the man. Forcefully squeezing the life out of Jimin as he tried to contain his excitement.

This would be one of the last times Taehyung was going to see Jimin and his support meant everything.

Jeongguk eventually caught up to the pair and smiled warmly at Jimin before draping his hand around Taehyung's waist. The male tensed slightly but didn't say anything, in fact, the man leaned into the touch quite welcomingly.

"Thanks for being here Jimin. It means a lot," Jeongguk spoke as he threw the man another grateful look.

"It's no probl-"

"WAIT! We don't have rings. I don't have an engagement ring. Jeongguk that's going to look really bad," Taehyung said alarmed as he whispered the last bit to Jeongguk.

"Don't worry, I thought you wouldn't have thought this far ahead. You can borrow mine. I was going to give it to Namjoon after I get back from this tour so until then. . . This is yours," Jimin stated as he pulled out a box that contained a beautiful gold engagement ring with a diamond crystal in the middle.

"Oh Jimin I can't take-"

"No, I want you to have it," Jimin cut Taehyung off as he slipped the ring onto his best friend's ring finger. Taehyung marvelled at the beautiful slight and thanked Jimin repeatedly.

"I have the rest of my life to give this to Namjoon- so just take it," Jimin added, excited at the prospect of marrying the man he loves.

"I have the wedding bands so there is no need to worry about that," Jeongguk stated after thanking Jimin and congratulating him on getting so far with Namjoon.

"I have my phone to record the whole thing so act all lovey-dovey and we'll be okay," Jimin reassured as he wiggled the phone in his hand.

"Wow okay. We're doing this," Taehyung said as he looked at the set of double doors opposite them.

"Yep, we're getting married,"
