Me: Sam, you go ahead downstairs and sleep. I'll take watch.
Sam: You sure?
Me: Yeah. Violet is going to switch out with me later so I can get some sleep before the attack.
Sam: Ok.
He hands her a rifle and starts toward the hatch.
Sam: Do you know where Clementine and Y/N went? They left.
Me: Mhm.
Clementine pulled me aside yesterday to talk to me.
Sam: You gonna tell me where?
Me: Nope.

You: What are we doing?
You're at one of the turbine towns now.
You: We shouldn't be out here.
Clem: We're fine.
You: But what if Salvation-
Me: We're fine. If they're going anywhere, it'll be the actual turbines.
She sneaks a few glances at you.
You: Why are you being weird?
Clem: I'm not.
You: Yeah, you are. Are you taking me away so you can kill me?
Clem: Something like that.
You stop and wait until she turns around.
You: What's going on?
Clem: Nothing.
You: Clem, we need to go back if we're not out here for something important.
Clem: This is important.
You: If it were, you'd tell me.
Clem: It's a surprise.
You: A surprise. You've never been here, and you're taking me somewhere you've never seen to surprise me.
Clem: Yes.
You: Just surprise me after Salvation is done.
Clem: We might die tomorrow.
You: Yeah.
Clem: So this is happening tonight.
You: I don't think this is the best time for whatever you're thinking about.
Clem: That's ok.

Violet emerges from the hatch.
Me: What are you doing? You should be asleep.
Violet: Yeah. Couldn't.
Me: So, you came up here.
Violet: Is there something wrong with that?
Me: No.
Violet: Then I'll stay up here.
Violet sits down next to me. I can't look at her because I'm too nervous. I don't want to fuck this up.
Violet: Do you remember me from Richmond?
Me: What?
Violet: When you went into Y/N's room to take him. I passed you on the way out.
Me: I think so.
