Being wealthy is a worldly status, that does not make you a better individual, leader, healthier, or more enlightened human being. Not having wealth also does not change your foundation as a human being. God's goal in all His teachings about relationships is meant to restore and heal our fellow man. Our focus should be serving the poor, a command from God we frequently ignore, avoid, and throw our noses up at. Serving is one of the most important pillar in God's Kingdom.
