He moves to the same tree I fell through when I visited the park. The bird's nest is empty and this time with him by me,he clears the leaves and shrubs, and we easily walkthrough

I stare ahead, darkness filling the view. From a distance, the hill stands large in front of us, our figures looking tiny in front of it

The rustle of the leaves on the trees and the sound of low ripples is the only sound disturbing the stillness of the night

Even with these sounds present, there is a peaceful aura that serenades the place

I shut my eyes taking a deep breath

"It's beautiful. Just like remember", I whisper

"It is..., he pauses
Just like you remember?"

"Mhmm", I murmur

"I fell through those bushes, I point to the shrubs we just came through
I've been here before"

"Oh, when was that?", Blaze asks and I catch disappointment in his tone

"It was during the day, a month or two after moving here"

"Good, then you haven't seen everything yet and fortunately, we're right on time", he says looking at his wristwatch

He stretches out his hand and I place mine in his, the feeling of his hands in mine so familiar yet new every time

I can't even explain it

We walk towards the hill, the valley stretched out and green lights flickering everywhere

"What are the green lights?"

"Fireflies", he murmurs staring ahead of us

He tugs on my hand and we walk to the other side of the hill

I stare ahead of me in awe, afraid that even a single step can destroy the beautiful scene in front of us

Like a portrait expertly drawn by an artist, the moonlight cascades down on the stream giving the water a sort of silver-white color, the trees bow their heads as a sign of greeting on every side of the hill filling the air with their rustling sounds, cold winds whistle to a gentle tune

Green lights fill the canvas surrounding the trees and air. I stare up at the night sky covered with stars dotted all around trying to absorb the serenity

I feel a stare at me and when I look behind, I see Blaze with his phone up and I hear a clicking sound

"Beautiful", he whispers lowering his phone down
I feel the heat rising to my cheeks and I quickly turn around, reprimanding myself for thinking he was talking to me

"How did you know something that beautiful was here?", I ask composing myself

"Lucas, Addison, and I found this spot. Middle school was almost over and the park was being inaugurated in the town
That day, the park was filled with people and no one realized when Lucas climbed the tree because Addison had dared him to", he pauses a smile tugging at his lips

"He tripped on a branch and fell, landing on the other side–here
The three of us explored further and found this place. It became our spot whenever any of us gets worried, angry, or just needs space. Our solitary place"

"How long have the three of you been friends?"

He chuckles and shoves his hands into his pockets with that breathtaking smile dancing on his face

"Lucas and I met at kindergarten. Lucas had pulled a girl's pigtail and she had gone to our teacher crying to report him. I don't know if it was in a rush to reprimand Lucas or it was a heel malfunction but she slipped and fell
