(I decided to leave out 'Unlucky Knuckles' as it only based around Knuckles really so I skipped to the next episode.)
I'm hanging out with Sonic in his shack as he says Tails is working on a surprise so I can't be in the workshop. We're just telling eachother random jokes until Sonic's communicator goes off.
"Hey Sonic, I'm done. You can bring Malaika over now." Tails voice comes through the communicator.
"Roger that." Sonic says (No pun intended-)
"So we going over now?" I ask.
"Yep." He scoops me up and runs off towards the workshop.
When we get there Sonic puts me down and I try to regain balance.
"Please stop randomly scooping up." I complain, shaking my head to regain consciousness. Sonic just chuckles.
"Close your eyes." he says. I raise a brow.
"Why?"
"Just close them."
I sigh and close my eyes. Sonic gingerly takes my hands and leads me into the workshop.
"Can I open them now?" I ask.
"Not yet." Sonic spots Tails. "Hey Tails!"
Tails smiles and rushes over.
"OK. Malaika, can you hold out your wrist for me?" Tails asks. I obey and hold out my wrist. I feel something being clamped onto my arm.
"Aaaaand, open!"
I open me eyes and look down, seeing a purple communicator, just like the gang's, attached to my wrist. I gasp in shock and look up at Sonic and Tails who had smiles on their faces.
"I got Tails to make you a communicator since your part of the team. Now you can contact us whenever you need to." Sonic says.
I pull both of them into a hug speechless. When I finally find the words I mumble,
"Thank you. So much."
They just smile as they pull away. Tails then speaks up.
"Hey, I heard there's meant to be a Meteor shower tonight. I was thinking we should go see it."
I gasp in excitement. " A Meteor shower!? With shooting stars!? And wishes!? And-"
Sonic and Tails just laugh as I ramble on in excitement. I finally stop to catch my breath, smiling.
"Sorry. Just super excited!" I say.
"I can tell. Let's go tell the good new to the others." Tails suggests.
(Time Skip)
We are watching the meteor shower near a campfire.
"Tails, what are you doing?" Amy asks.
Tails is laying down on a rock looking at the sky. "Just enjoying this beautiful meteor shower."
Colorful meteors rain down from the sky. Until one looks like it's heading straight for us.
"That one's flying beautifully toward us!" Knuckles says. The meteor flies over our heads and crashes nearby.
"This could be a major find! We need to approach it cautiously and with great care so that-" Sonic cuts tails off.
"Race ya!" Sonic speeds off and Knuckles, Me, Amy, and Sticks follow behind.
Tails sighs. "Wait for me!"
Sonic reaches the edge of the crater and looks into it. A glowing purple meteor is shown to have landed within the center.
