"Some reunion, huh?" Sonny commented, leaning back against the railing

"She's in a jam" Rick replied "we all are. Andrea's persuasive. This fella's armed to the teeth. Bent on destruction"

"So what do you want to do?" Daryl asked

"We match it" he answered "I'm going on a run"

"I'll head out tomorrow" he volunteered

"No, you stay here" he dismissed "keep an eye on your brother. I'm glad you're back, really, but if he causes a problem, it's on you"

"I got him" nodding slightly

"I'll take Michonne" he added

"You sure that's a good idea?" His eyebrows furrowing slightly

"I'll find out" shrugging his shoulders slightly "and Carl. He's ready. You two hold it down here"

"You got it" giving him a nod

"Sonny!" Denny called out

She turned around, looking down at her brother as he held a fussy Jaxon,

"He's not taking his bottle" he informed "it's not his diaper, I don't know what's wrong"

Sonny walked past Rick, heading down the stairs and making her way over to her brother, gently taking the fussy baby from his arms with a small hush.

"What's the matter?" She asked softly "hm? What is it?"

His fussiness seemed to calm down as she spoke, a small smile forming on her lips,

". . I know what it is" her voice soft

"What?" Denny asked "what is it?"

"He just wants to hear my voice" looking at him

He looked at her, a small smile forming on his lips as she adjusted Jaxon into a laying position, his upper half in her left arm, his lower half supported by her right, gently bouncing him as she slowly walked around,

"I am a question to the world,
Not an answer to be heard
Or a moment that's held in your arms" Sonny sang

She gently tightened her hold on him, not noticing the other members of the group gathering around, listening to the voice they haven't heard,

"And what do you think you'd ever say?
I won't listen anyway…
You don't know me,
And I’ll never be what you want me to be"

It was a song from one of her favorite movies, Treasure Planet, and Denny knew it as well.

"And what do you think you'd understand?
I'm a boy, no, I'm a man..
You can't take me and throw me away.
And how can you learn what's never shown?
Yeah, you stand here on your own.
They don't know me 'cause I'm not here

And I want a moment to be real,
Wanna touch things I don't feel,
Wanna hold on and feel I belong.
And how can the world want me to change?
They’re the ones that stay the same.
They don’t know me,
'Cause I’m not here"

Sonny remembered when she and Denny would belt the song out at the top of their lungs when they were kids, completely in their own world, even when Aiden decided to record their little moment. He had make sure to catch every moment that they were happy, whether it be decorating eggs on Easter, decorating a Christmas tree or helping out in the kitchen on Thanksgiving.

"And you see the things they never see
All you wanted, I could be
Now you know me, and I'm not afraid
And I wanna tell you who I am
Can you help me be a man?
They can't break me
As long as I know who I am"

Jaxon calmed down as soon as she started singing, Aiden and Denny started smiling, some were in shock at how beautiful her voice was, not expecting it at all, especially out of someone like Sonny.

"And I want a moment to be real,
Wanna touch things I don't feel,
Wanna hold on and feel I belong.
And how can the world want me to change?
They’re the ones that stay the same.
They can’t see me,
But I’m still here"

She didn't notice how Daryl looked at her, completely focused on the little one in her arms. But Denny noticed, nudging Aiden, jerking his chin toward the hunter. Merle even noticed this, seeing that his little brother had a thing for the doctor, and he couldn't blame him. In his eyes, Sonny was beautiful, with her curly brown hair that flowed down to the small of her back, her curved body, breasts and rear, no blemish on her face with skin kissed by the sun. She would be thought as the most beautiful woman in their town.

"They can’t tell me who to be,
‘Cause I’m not what they see.
Yeah, the world is still sleepin’,
While I keep on dreamin’ for me.
And their words are just whispers
And lies that I’ll never believe.

And I want a moment to be real,
Wanna touch things I don't feel,
Wanna hold on and feel I belong.
And how can they say I never change?
They’re the ones that stay the same.
I’m the one now,
‘Cause I’m still here.

I’m the one,
‘Cause I’m still here.
I’m still here.
I’m still here.
I’m still here"

Jaxon's eyes had closed, sleeping peacefully as he suckled on his pacifier, Sonny smiling softly,

"I didn't know you could sing" Maggie said lowly, looking at their doctor

"There's probably a lot of things you guys don't know about me" Sonny replied lowly, looking at her "but don't expect my singing to be a regular occurrence"

A small smirk formed on her lips, walking toward her cell and gently placing her son in his bed, making sure he had his bear in his arm, a light blanket covering him from the waist down. Everyone could see that she loved him with every fiber in her heart, even if he wasn't hers by blood, it didn't matter to her, because Jaxon will always be her son, and she will put his safety first over everything and everyone. As she walked out of the cell, she scratched the top of Bucky and Lucky's head, then pointing her index finger at Glenn,

"I need to check your face" she informed "let's go"
