Chapter 89

Later that day

Around dinner time at Michael and Dana's place with Wendy and Sara joining them

"I can't believe I met dad again today" Wendy mentioned while putting the plates on the table while Michael and Sara were doing some homework in the living room with the twins and pups with them 

"Now I definitely know where I got my big mouth from now" Dana mentioned while making pasta 

"He is just like I remember, only a little older" Wendy mentioned

"Do you think I can have a bond with him like you have? " Dana asked 

"Of course you can, he's a very sweet person" Wendy mentioned

"Yeah right" Dana scoffed rolling her eyes, sweet? Johan? 

"Yes, remember that teddy bear I still have? " Wendy replied

"The one in the back of your closet? " Dana asked

"Yes" Wendy nodded

"What's with that? " Dana asked

"That's what he gave me on my third birthday before he left" Wendy told her

"He's still an asshole for leaving," Dana scoffed "But I do want to hear his side of the story" She added

"I'm glad he's back in our lives" Wendy mentioned

"You're not mad at him? " Dana asked 

"Not anymore, I was until a few years ago when I gave up ever seeing him again, but now I'm just happy he's back" Wendy mentioned

"Damn the love a daddies girl has for her father, that's really uncontional is it? " Dana asked her

"I think so" Wendy replied, shrugging her shoulders

"Well lucky you" Dana sighed, finishing with the pasta and put it on the plates at the table while Wendy filled their glasses with juice and went to get Michael and Sara for dinner 

"What's for dinner? " Sara asked

"You're favorite, spaghetti with chicken and my receipt for the sauce" Dana smiled at her

"And my fruitsalade too for dessert" Wendy added

"And I thought there's some ice cream too in the freezer" Michael mentioned

"What flavour? " Sara asked

"Lemon, Chocolate, Strawberry and Mango" Michael answered

"I want the strawberry one" Sara mentioned

"Chocolate for me" Dana added and smiled at Michael who shook his head at her 

"I'll take Mango" Wendy added

"I guess I take the Lemon one then" Michael mentioned

"But first dinner" Dana told them

During dinner they talked about their day, Sara told them what happened at school today and Wendy and Dana told Sara about their day and that they met their father and Wendy said Sara would also meet him one of these days 

After dinner and ice cream Wendy took Sara back home to Miguel where she told him everything about her father and how she wants him to meet him

After dinner they decided to make it an early night tonight, fed the twins their last feeding for the day, changed their diapers and tucked them in in their own room where they quickly fell asleep 

"How are you feeling? " Michael asked joining Dana in their bed after getting ready for bed and locking up the house after walking the dogs one last time

"I don't know, all kinds of ways, mad, happy, sad, everything" Dana sighed

"Do you want to talk? " Michael asked wrapping his arm around her while Dana lay her head on chest 

"I've learned something today, I'm the result of drunk sex between a couple that was ready to break up, maybe if I wasn't there they were still together and happy? I'm the reason for the break up, that also cost my sister a life where she grew up with a father figure" Dana sniffed, fighting some tears "All my life I wanted to know him and now I do but it's still empty inside" She cried "He didn't even want to get to know me" She sobbed while Michael held her close and rubbed her back, telling her to let it all go and how much he loves her 

After a while she calmed down and held onto Michael, not wanting to let him go "Don't ever leave me, my heart can't handle that" Dana sniffed 

"I'm not leaving you, if you promise not to leave me, because my heart can't handle that" Michael replied

"Of course not, because I love you" Dana told him and kissed him "So much it scares me sometimes" She mentioned and kissed him again 

"You don't have to be scared" Michael told her

"I know, you are the best that ever happened to me" Dana told him

"And you are the best that ever happened to me" Michael told her and kissed her 

They continued to kiss some more, sweet and tender, filled with love, unlike their usual passionate wild make out sessions

They held onto each other and eventually fell asleep a few hours later, exhausted from everything that happened today, thankfully it was Saturday the next day so they didn't have to go anywhere and could relax all day with the twins and dogs

-- Wendy and Miguel,

"Hey uh I think I'm going to the store tomorrow to buy a pregnancy test, maybe two to be sure" Wendy mentioned, being all cuddled up to Miguel 

"You think you're pregnant? " Miguel asked, surprised, but happy because he wants a child of his own and couldn't think of anyone else than Wendy to be the mother of his child 

"I don't know, I'm already two days late, that never happens" Wendy mentioned "And I cry easier than normal" She added  

"Well I hope you are pregnant" Miguel smiled at her and kissed her 

"But my plan was to get married before getting pregnant" Wendy sighed

"We still can get married before the baby the baby is born" Miguel  mentioned

"Can I still wear a princess dress? " Wendy asked 

"Yes, of course you can" Miguel smiled at her

"Love you so much" Wendy smiled and kissed him 

"Love you too" Miguel smiled, kissing her and placed his hand on her stomach "Do you feel something? " He asked 

"No not yet" Wendy replied, smiling at him

"Are you going to be as hormonal as your sister? " Miguel asked her  

"I don't know, with Sara I had so much back pain and craved for anything sweet, but I wasn't that hormonal, only crying over nothing, like if I had three candies left I'd cry, because one of them was lony, stupid things like that" Wendy told him

"Aw I'll make sure that wouldn't happen" Miguel smiled at her  

"I'll cry if it does happen" Wendy smiled at him

"I'll kiss your tears away" Miguel promised and kissed her 

They cuddled up and fell asleep, both couldn't wait until the morning to buy a pregnancy test and to find out if they're pregnant or not
