The next morning,
Michael and Dana were still asleep, Wendy was dropping Sara off at school and would go to work afterwards
Cathy was the only one awake and preparing breakfast when the doorbell went
"Can I help you? " She asked the two police officers
"Is Mr Jackson at home?" The big male officer asked
"Um...I think so but why? " Cathy asked
"Could you tell him he has five minutes to get here or-" The female officer began but was interrupted
"OK ok I get it! Two toast, two eggs, two croissants and some cheesecake, a latte and chocolate bar" Michael replied to Dana while walking down the stairs
"You forget my fruitshake! " Dana yelled after him
"OK! And a fruitshake" Michael yelled back and arrived downstairs
"Um Michael? " Cathy asked "There are two police officers here, they are asking for you " She told him
"Uh ok" Michael frowned and went to the door "Can I help you? " he asked the two officers
"You've to come with us to the police station down town" The female officer told him
"Can I ask why? " Michael asked
"There's a complaint against you for attemted murder" The female officer explained
"WHAT! ??" Michael gasped "May I ask who said that? " He asked
"That's confe-" The female officer began
"Let me guess it's my brother? Jermaine? " Michael interrupted her
"You know? " The female officer asked him
"Do these choking marks say something? " Michael asked showing the choking marks on his neck "So I'd like to charge him too for attempted murder" He added
"What happened? And when? " The male officer asked
Michael explained them what happened yesterday and Diane and Dana could confirm the story since they witnessed everything
"But you still need to come to our office" The female officer said
"Like right now? " Michael asked
"Yes" The female officer answered
Before Michael could say something Dana came downstairs
"I want my cheesecake! What's taking you so damn long? " She asked "Wait why is there police at our door? " She asked seeing them at the door
"Jermaine, he told them I tried to kill him" Michael answered
"It was self defence since he tried to kill you, insulted me, treathned to kill your ex if she told you he's the father of her child, got her pregnant and tried to break us up, but did we go to police?" Dana mentioned
"Wait, he what? " The female officer asked
"Ask Diane Djean, she knows more about it" Dana answered
"We'll do that, but I need you two to come to the police office down town to officially write this down" The female officer mentioned
"Yeah right, Michael Jackson and Dana Jones going to the police office? In bright day light? That's asking for bad press, lots of opinions, stupid headlines, ecetra" Dana reminded her
"She does have a point" The male officer mentioned
"You're just saying that because you're obssed with her" The female officer mentioned to her coworker
"Have you seen her movies? You'd be a fan as well" The male officer replied
"Duh who hasn't seen them? But nah give me DD (Diane Djean) she's my favorite" The female officer answered
"Was that all?" Dana asked
"No, can I have both your autographs? " The male officer asked while his coworker rolled her eyes at him
"Of course" Dana smiled "Do you have a pen and paper? " She asked him
"Of course I do" He smiled and handed her a pen and note block
"Thank you" Dana answered, signed the paper and handed everything to Michael so he could sign it too
"Here you go" Michael replied once he finished and handed everything back to the officer
"Thank you so much" He smiled
"Ugh are you done?" The female officer asked rolling her eyes at him
"Yes I'm done" He answered "Have a nice day and we'll keep you updated on the case" He told Michael and Dana
"Thanks, you too" Dana replied
The two officers left and Michael helped Dana to the kitchen where he made her requested breakfast while she told her mother everything that happened yesterday and that's why the police was at the door
"Here you go" Michael mentioned putting the last plate on the table
"Love you" Dana smiled and began eating her breakfast
"How can you eat all that? " Michael asked shaking his head
"Your child is asking for it" Dana said and continued eating
"He or she can't even talk" Michael reminded her
"But he or she damn sure knows what he or she wants and let's me know it when I don't fulfill his or her needs" Dana answered while taking a bite from her cheesecake
"You ok for now? Can I finally have my shower? " Michael asked
"Hurry, because I might want to have another one of those delicious fruitshake's" Dana smiled
"Geez, please remind me to use protection once this child Is born" Michael answered, having Cathy almost choke in her coffee
"Nope! " Dana smiled
"You're too much" Michael smiled and went upstairs
"You love me anyway!" Dana yelled after him and went back to eating her breakfast
Once she was finished she made her way upstairs and found Michael getting dressed after his shower
"Damn I'm too late" Dana pouted
"Why? Did you want to join me?" Michael smiled at her
"You know I would" Dana smiled at him and wrapped her arms around him
"Better luck next time" Michael smiled and kissed her
"Thank you for breakfast" Dana mentioned
"No problem" Michael replied
"Do you have to work today? " Dana asked him
"Yup, I'm finishing up with some last recordings for the album and we can start shooting the short films soon" Michael answered
"Do I still get to see you? I mean when I'm shooting I'd be gone for months" Dana mentioned
"I'll promise you I'm home every night when it's time to start shooting, I don't want to miss a thing from the pregnancy and once the baby is born I'll be working less" Michael mentioned
"Me too" Dana answered "I mean I want to be a good mom, not one of those who never spends time with her child" She added
"I know you'll be a good mom" Michael told her
"Love you" Dana smiled and kissed him
They made out a little longer before Michael left for the day and Dana spend the day at home, walked the dogs and took enough rest while her mother cleaned the entire house and cooked a healthy meal since she wants her daughter to eat healthy things while she's pregnant instead of all the junk she's eating, that breakfast was enough calories for the next two days
