Chapter 2- Helena

Oh my gosh!!!!! It's finally September first!!!!! I can't believe my first day at Hogwarts is finally here.
I've been waiting for this my entire life. I've been researching Hogwarts for a year now getting ready to attend.
"Helena, it's almost time to leave, are you ready yet?" My mom yelled from downstairs.
"Almost mom just 5 more minutes" I replied.
"Alright but hurry you don't want the Hogwarts express to leave without you."
I went to the bathroom to look in the mirror one last time. My dark brown hair fell past my shoulders and my green eyes stared back at me. I was fully dressed in my black robes wondering what house I'd be sorted into.
"This year is going to be great," I told myself before running downstairs for my parents to drive me to kings cross station.

"Mom we packed my extra quills right?" I asked my mom while we were in the car.
"Yes"
"And the extra robes?"
"Yup"
"And the parchment?"
"We packed everything, Helena, don't worry."
"Alright Mom... What house do you think I'll be sorted in?"
"Probably Ravenclaw like your dad."
My mom is a muggle so she never went to Hogwarts, all of the stories I know are from my dad."I hope so, Dad said that Ravenclaw is amazing."
"You're really gonna enjoy it there Helena"
"Thanks Mom, it's too bad Dad had to work today"
"Don't worry he'll send an owl as soon as he gets home."
By now we had made it to kings cross and I couldn't wait to board the train.
