Macedonia: I don't hate them, is that good? Am I being nice?

Macedonia: So, from 1 to 10...?
Greece: I give you a solid 6, while Bulgaria gets a 4
Bulgaria: Huh, very generous. I'm giving Poseidon here a 5, North is probably like a 7.
Macedonia: Thanks. Anyway, I'm giving Bulgaria a 5 to 6 and Greece a 7 to 8.
Greece: M'kay, I take it, not so bad.
