CHAPTER 7

YOHAN

I didn't mean to act like a hungry wolf in front of Elliese earlier but my desperate ass says so. I literally want to kill my whole self right after realizing how  stupid and desperate I am in front of her, I was even felt more embarrassed when Sam started to  annoyed the hell out of me.

"Straight ka na ba? Straight ka na ba? Straight ka na ba ha? Hoy! Yohannie Samuellie Carbonel, pansinin mo naman ako. Ano ba? Hoy!"

"Samuella Jean Lim, ano ba? I'm focusing here, don't you see that I'm working?"

"Workingin mo mukha mo, h'wag nga ako Yohan. Sa akin ka pa ba magsisinungaling? E kilalang-kilala ko na pati amoy ng utot mo e," I glared at her, "I, Samuela Jean Lim…" she said as she raised her right hand. "Ay nangangakong pepestehin si Yohan hanggang sa umamin siya. #WelcomeSaTuewidNaDaan. Ang ganda ni Elle 'no? Ang ganda rin ng katawan niya, 'di ba? 'Yong mga mata niya laging nangungu—"

Elle is really a beauty, period  Yes she is, that's why I'm trying to divert my attention on other thing para hindi ko na maaalala ang mukah niya. Tapos itong si Samuela, paepal. Pinaaalala niya pa sa akin ang hitsura ni Elle.

"Sam,  hindi ba dapat kasama mo si Julia ngayon? Dapat nagde-date kayo 'di ba?" 

"She's busy, nasa conference siya."

"You should be taking care of the location checking in Direct Liza's soap opera right?"

"Not my duty, si Escanor at Migs ang Location Director at hindi ako."  She said while walking around my place. "Tagal na natin na magkaibigan, may dalawang dekada na siguro 'yon? Alam mo Yohan, you don't have to lie. Basang-basa ko na 'yang mga pa-working working effect mo. Stop pretending, tamad ka remember?"

"What are you talking about?"

"I think you have an eye for Elliese, kaya mo 'to ginagawa." She said, proudly. I rolled my eyes in disagreement.

"I'm just doing this because of favors, I really need her help. Alam mong homophobic ang Ninong Harisson mo, Sam."

"Iyon lang ba talaga? Or you're just in-denial, Yohannie. Grabe 'yung titig mo sa kanya, sobrang lagkit. The way you held her kanina, really makes me think na straight ka na talaga." Tatawa-tawang sabi niya.

"I am gay Sam, I also have a boyfriend and I really love him so much, alam mo naman 'yun. Hindi ko ipagpapalit si Daniel sa isang babae, gusto ko lang makuha ang loob ni Elliese just because of my homophobic Dad."

"Fine," she said while rolling her eyes. Impakta talaga 'tong si Samuella. "I'm still not convince, Yohan. Hindi mo naman pag-eeffortan si Elli—"

"Sam, go back to your work." I said in a serious tone.

"Hindi mo ako madadaan sa pa-seryoso effect mo, perks of being your best friend for the past two decades." 

Oh God! Please grant me a very long patience. H'wag ko sanang makalimutan na kaibigan ko ang babaeng may pusong lalaki na ito. I said inside my mind while glaring on her, she's still here inside my office and she keeps on teasing me about Elliese.

That girl who owns a beautiful brown orbs and a goddess-like feature, an hour glass shape of body, she's indeed a beauty and I barely admit that I was caught by her. She own a breath-taking beauty which I never seen before, in my entire life.

"Si Yohan na-fall kay Elliese! Si Yohan na-fall kay Elliese!" she was still singing that cringy song that she made just to tease me and pester me while I'm busy doing  very important things.

"Okay Samuela, I give up. Ano bang gusto mong gawin ko para magtigil ka na sa kaaasar mo sa akin?" Itinaas ko ang dalawang kamay ko sa ere, ngumisi lang siya habang direktang nakatingin sa akin.
