CHANDRAGHANTA-CHANDRASHEKHAR

All the people were present at the wedding podium to welcome Mahadev. Menavati was getting nervous whether Mahadev will look good now or not.

But when he came everyone became speechless. They had never witnessed such beauty ever in their lives.

His skin as pale as the moon and as radiant as the sun, lips has a red lustre of roses, hair as dark as the midnight sky. His body adorned with the most luxurious of the luxurious silks and diamond jewelleries.

"Aisa saundarya jagat mei kisi ke paas na kabhi tha aur na kabhi hoga. Mahadev ka yeh roop Chandrashekhar ke naam se jana jayega." Brahma said.

"Aisa saundarya ? Yeh kaisa chamatkar hai Narayan ?" Menavati asked.

"Chamatkar nahi hai, mene toh Mahadev ke bahari swaroop ko unke antar-man jitna sundar banane ka prayas kiya hai." Narayan said.

Seeing this form Mahadev and listening to Narayan, Menavati wondered how beautiful his mind would be. Just by imagining it, tears fell from her eyes.

"Ab Mata Parvati ko bhi bulayiye." Amarsri said.

"Awashya." Ganga said and went inside.

"Aaj prabhu ka roop dekhke Mata lajja na jaye." Nandi said.

"Mujhe bhi yahi bhaye hai nandi." Amarsri chuckled.

"Kisi bhi stree ke sringar ki shakti ko kam nahi haakna chahiye Amarsri." Mata Laxmi said coming with Mata Parvati.

As Mata Parvati came towards them, all the eyes that were fixed on Mahadev moved towards her. Everyone was in awe seeing such a beautiful form of Adi Shakti.

"Yadi Mahadev Chandrashekhar hai, toh Parvati Chandraghanta hai." Mata Laxmi said.

"Isse pehle yeh vivah ho mujhe kuch kehna hai." Menavati said.

"Awashya." Himavan said.

"Aapka yeh bahari swaroop aapne man ke anukul hai. Ab jiska antarman itna sundar hai, usse apne jamata ke roop mei paake dhanya ho gaye hum. Kshama karde Mahadev ki maine aapke man ke saundarya ko samjha nahi, aapki mahima ko jana nahi. Ab kripiya apne uss hi roop mei aajaye jisse Parvati ne prem kiya aur sahasra varsho tak jise paane ki tapasya ki, kyuki mujhe vishwas hai ki uss roop se sundar yeh roop bhi nahi." Menavati said.

"Jaisa aap kahe." Mahadev said and came into his form with matted locks whose body is adorned with rudraksh.

"Varamala pehenayo putri." Menavati said.

Parvati smiled as she puts the Varmala around Mahadev's neck and he puts the Varmala on her neck.

And thus the marriage of Mahadev and Mata Parvati took place, the whole universe was delighted witnessing the union of Shiv and Shakti, Purush and Prakriti.

"Ab aage kya priye ?" Srinav asked.

"Shiv-Shakti ke putra ka janm aur Tarkasur ka annt." Amarsri said.

"Uttam." Srinav said throwing flowers at her face.

"Priye !" Amarsri chuckled.

She is depicted with 10 hands holding many weapons and her third eye is always open. In this form she is always ready to fight unrighteous.
