"Okay! I found, EJ. He needs like a break for today's he's not in the greatest mindset right now!" I announce to everyone. "Where's Miss Jenn?" I look and see Mr. Mazzara is with us.

"She's taking Nini to the bus station," Kourtney replies.

"Okay! Everybody, listen up!" Gina exclaims.

"Great news!" Carlos continues. "Gina and U agreed to joint custody of you all!"

"Oh, so who gets us on weekends?" Kourtney mutters.

"We're gonna workshop our Be Our Guest visions on you guys separately before adding dancers," Gina states. "The winning vision will then be decided in an anonymous vote. Fun and easy."

"Yay," Ricky, Alaina, and I say sarcastically at the same time. We all look at each other and laugh.

"Okay, is it just me, or does Ricky literally have an awesome connection with every girl but me," Gina groans with an eye roll.

"This number was inspired by my second-oldest sister's quince," Carlos announces. "Theme, sultry jazz. Sebastian, you may begin.

Seb begins to play the piano, but then the lights go out.

"Oh, what was that?" Ashlynn asks.

Then there's a thud.

"Oh, wow. The only thing we're missing is some eerie music and a guy with a hockey mask and a chainsaw and we're in a horror movie," Thalia chuckles.

"The East High Killer. Watch as your favorite East High theater kids get picked off one by one," Alaina states in a 'movie trailer guy' voice.

"Maybe a power line went down," Gina suggests.

"Oh, no, you guys. I missed an alert from my Farmer's Alman-app," Seb mutters.

"That's adorable," Alaina chuckles.

"Salt Lake just got half a foot in half an hour," He continues once the laughter from Alaina's comment dies down. Carlos goes out in the hall

Ricky scoffs, "My dad says the roads are completely closed."

"Oh, my god, you guys, get out here!" Carlos exclaims. We all run into the hall to see a whole lot of snow.

"This is insane!" Ricky shouts. "Are we the only ones stuck in school?"

"Looks like every other club went home," Kourtney trails off, looking down the hall. "Should I check on Nini? I'm checking on Nini." She pulls out her phone.

I pull out mine as well and text EJ.
