"Y/N?! 10K?!" A vehicle pulled to the side of us,
"Addi?! Mack?!" I called in response,
She hopped out and ran to my aid.
"I can't feel my leg."
"How did you find us?" 10k asks,
Picking me up bridal style.
"Citizen z." She answers.
He sets me in the back seat, I let out a pained whimper as my foot hits the door.
"Atleast you have some feeling."
"Shut it."
"Sorry." He apologizes.
"No I'm sorry, it just hurts like a bitch."
"Well he's right, seems like the adrenaline work off, that's a good sign, you have feeling." Addi spoke.
"Where's Warren and everyone else?" I ask,
"They ran out of gas, sent us off. Luckily we found some and you two. Hey, what happened to Duke?"
I looked down, 10k grabbed my hand.
"She doesn't want to talk about it."
He answered for me.
"I'm sorry, I really am."
"Thank you." I sigh.

The drive back was quiet, we weren't too far from the group but it might be nice to see them again.
After running off like that I hoped they weren't too mad at me.
Man I missed doc the most, definitely Warren and maybe even Murphy, just slightly.
Cassandra not so much.
"10k?" I whispered so they couldn't hear us in front.
"Yes?"
"Thank you." I smiled,
He raised an eyebrow in confusion,
"For what?" He asked,
"For saving my life, again."
"Always." He smiled back before kissing me softly.
Addi looked in the rear view mirror,
"Told you y'all were the perfect couple."
She snickered.
I rolled my eyes, "Sure."
