we pull into the school parking lot and jaden opens the car door for me.

we laugh and go in with all our friends.

you: ok so tell me about charli
jaden: well... she has brown hair blue eyes. she's around your height. umm she's smart and funny.
you: we all know you guys are together
he blushes.
jaden: we just started dating. i really like her katelyn
you: that's good. forgetting about mads
he laughs and nods.
jaden: so you and josh are in a good place now?
you: ya i think. we haven't argued or anything lately so
jaden: that's good.
you: ya. you excited for this weekend?
jaden: ya. unsupervised in a cabin for the weekend
i laugh.
you: i bet the whole weekend is just gonna be drinking, smiling, and sex. *laughs
jaden: oh ya definitely. have you met our friends?
you: i mean it doesn't sound like a bad weekend *laughs* you and charli gotten to the sec thing yet?
jaden: actually ya. just twice though.

we share a laugh and continue dancing with one another. a slow song starts and we begin to dance. then jaden smiles.
you: what??
he shrugs with a sly smile on my face.
??: can i cut in? *laughs
i turn my head and see the one and only joshua richards. jaden steps away and josh takes his place.
you: my dad said-
josh; your more important than working. and technically i am supposed to be working right now. i'm definitely getting fired *laughs
you; i'll talk him out of it
i smile and lean on josh's chest while we sway back and forth.
josh: so nothing went on with you and jaden?
you: of course not. he has a girlfriend *laughs
josh: they're official?
i nod.
you: you and jaden are matching *giggles
josh: ya with fucking- pink ties
he kisses my head as we continue 'dancing'.
josh: i am so in love with you... you don't even understand *whispers
i smile up at him and he kisses me.
